The location is close to the Istanbul airport and easy access by motorway. The breakfast was great, huge variety and tasty. Family friendly, large rooms and the staff topped it up, they were brilient and always helpful and welcoming. The hotel location is safe and family oriented. Had a great stay.

Very welcoming helpful staff. Clean and modern. Good value for its price. We stayed here due to its proximity to the airport. There is not a lot to do in the neighborhood with no real restaurants within walking distance. I suggest eating at the hotel.

Modern and clean room. Surprised to see digital instead of paper copy of 'do not disturb' sign. Standard room is of decent size with a nice sleepable sofa. We only stayed one night during transit from UK to US but strongly recommend.

Would stay again!

We had a one night layover. Our driver, Hayati, picked us up at the airport and was able to find us even though we were lost and not in the right space. The ride was fast. Check-in fast as well. Room was clean and had fresh cold water. The shower was amazing! We had an early flight and Hayati was waiting when we came downstairs. We would stay again.

From the moment I arrived, they went above and beyond — they even arranged an early check-in for me based on my needs, which I truly appreciated. I want to give special thanks to the front desk manager, Adil and other two front desk staff members I interacted with. Every single one of them was professional, patient, and proactive. They not only coordinated my transportation needs but also helped arrange rides to attractions, making my trip smooth and stress-free. What impressed me even more was what happened on the day I checked out — I accidentally left something behind in the room. I contacted them , they responded promptly, located my item right away. Their efficiency and care were truly commendable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service and a team that genuinely cares about its guests. I would absolutely stay here again!
