Wife and I had a great time there! Booked a SPA room, enjoyed steam and bath in the hotel is very special. Breakfast is excellent! Especially the handmade trational turkish bread with the friendly lady. Beautiful vacation!

Fantastic stay at the Park Hyatt Istanbul. From check-in to check-out, it was a pleasure to be staying here. The room (Park Suite) was fabulous, the spa area and massage I had were both excellent and the breakfast offering was abundant and absolutely delicious. I would not hesitates to come back to this hotel to enjoy its wonderful service in a lovely location.

This is my 2nd visit of this hotel in 5 months. I can say everything here is perfect plus personal touches from all the staff I encountered. This is a boutique hotel so their staff can take care of the guests in all around. I really appreciate their services.

Home away from home

From the very early check in to the very late check out, the staff at Macka Palas was outstanding. I was celebrating my 50th with my closest friends and we had a blast. The staff was always so helpful, efficient, caring and had a mating attention to detail. I can only recommend this hotel, it really feels like home away from home.

A Presidential Suite Experience

Upon check-in, I received an enticing offer to upgrade to the Presidential Suite at a 50% discount. Since it was our last night in Turkey, I decided to surprise my wife with this luxurious experience. The suite featured full amenities and included a complimentary bottle of wine, along with spacious living, dining, and relaxation areas. There was even a pool table on the upper floor! The steam room was fantastic, and the jacuzzi was equally delightful. However, the rain shower had a slight issue as it didn’t properly direct water to the drainage area, which could use some improvement. Overall, everything else exceeded our expectations.

We had an incredible experience at this hotel, from the check in process with Ibrahim throughout our entire stay. We received excellent service from everyone who worked at this hotel. The breakfast was wonderful and all staff there were kind, professional and extremely attentive. Our wait staff consisted of Kebru, Kadir and Necla all of whom provided us with best in class service. Our room was perfect, gorgeous and large with high ornate ceilings with a sleek bathroom that also had a steam room and an amazing open shower concept. Our room attendant, Serpil, made sure our room was clean and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The spa and gym have been completely renovated and are extremely nice. We would highly recommend this hotel for all of these reasons as well as its location, which is ideal for great shopping, restaurants and really convenient for walking.
