호텔위치가 트램역 바로 옆이라 교통이 정말 편리하고 체크인과 체크아웃 짐맡기기 모두 정말 친절했고 택시 바가지 썻을때 컴플레인도 직접 해주시고 떠나기전 커피도 타주시고 유쾌방쾌하심 방 상태도 매우 깨끗하고 안락하나 어메니티 질은 별로 안좋아서 직접 세면도구 가져가는게 낫음 조식도 체리 메론 수박을 포함해 터키에서 머문 호텔중에 가장 뛰어나게 만족스러움

공항에서 셔틀버스를 타고 가는데 운전기사도 위치를 잘 못찾아서 헤메더니. 방에 들어가니 창문이 없어서 답답합니다. 우리나라 모텔보다도 못하더군요. 담날 새벽같이 나와버렸어여

가격대비 만족했어요
이스탄불에 있으면서 3박했는데 깨끗하고 친절하면서 접근성도 좋아 만족했습니다. 저렴한 방을 예약하다보니 방이 매우 좁은것이 흠이었네요. 트램에서도 3분 내에 접근 가능하고, 식사도 나쁘지 않았습니다.

좋은 위치 깨끗한방
신시가지쪽 갈라타다리에서 오분도 채 안되는 거리이며 걸어서 구시가지를 갈수도 있습니다. 구시가지와 신시가지 딱 중앙에 있어 두곳다 가기에는 좋은 호텔입니다. 객실은 크진않지만 좁게 느껴지지는 않고 청결합니다. 여자 혼자 이용하기에도 위험하지않으며 근처에 갈라타 다리가 바로 있어 야경보기에도 좋습니다.가격대비 만족스럽습니다.

This is my third time staying at this hotel for one very important reason which is location. It is 2 minutes walk to the tram that take you everywhere. It is 5 minutes to the sea side and promenade. It is in a strategic location between Taksim and old bazar and sultan Ahmed. Staff are amazing such wonderful people and after five days I felt they were like a family.

A Lovely Hotel in a Great Location
The hotel is in a great location, very close to Galata Tower and within a short walk to the harbour and tram station. The tram will tak you to all the major tourist sites in Istanbul. I would highly recommend this hotel for your trip to Istanbul.

Bon hôtel.
Bon accueil, la chambre est propre, la climatisation fonctionnelle, le lit plutôt confortable. Il y a un bureau et un frigo ainsi que 2 bouteilles de bienvenue. Les seuls défauts de la chambre sont l'absence de fenêtre et une odeur de canalisation dans cette chambre.

Amazing hotel
Overall the hotel was amazing. The location was just perfect because it was a walking distance to every tour spot possible. The buses or trains were also less than 5 min walk away. Inside the hotel was clean. The receptionist were truly amazing and fun to talk to. They helped us a lot during our stay there. They told us what to do and what to watch out for. Every time we needed something or needed help, they were there right away. When i go back to istanbul, this is the place i will book my hotel agagin

Kamerraam kijkt gelijk op een ander gebouw, geen uitzicht, je ziet alleen de achterkant van het gebouw er naast. Voor de rest prima service en kamers. Hotel is een aanrader als je niet om luxe geeft.

The staff is so nice, they treat you like family! We had issues with the airline loosing our luggage, they got on the phone with the baggage company and helped make a difficult situation so much easier. The hotel is near so much action, but tucked away. Walk couple block to Galataport, the mall, and a lots of local food and culture. Very highly recommend

Hôtel cher par rapport a la chambre : le lit en ressort des années 1970 pas possible dormir dessus , etant obligé le lendemain mal au dos! Les oreiller dure comme la roche! Tv qui marche pas! Chambre cheap! Couverture ultra légère javais froid toute la nuit! Conseil ne séjourner pas ici!!!

Wir waren für eine Nacht im Hotel. Schon beim einchecken ging alles super schnell, sowie auch beim Auschecken. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und super freundlich. Das Zimmer ist mit einem Aufzug oder Treppen zu erreichen. Das Hotelzimmer ist sauber und Komfort. Das Bett ist außerdem sehr bequem. Ein Hotel mit einer sehr guten Lage und einem sehr guten Preis. Beim nächsten Istanbul Besuch wird auf jeden Fall wieder das Hotel ausgewählt. Sehr zufrieden! Steckdose vom Föhn hat bei uns leider nicht funktioniert.

The location was good near the Metro and bus station but the room was very small and had to complain several times to change it.the mattress was stiff and the pillows were uncomfortable i would not choose it next time or recommend it to someone cz there are plenty of hotels in istanbul.
