great location to be near the airport.

The booking was a last minute one in order to be near the airport for a very early flight, within 5 minutes. Staff was helpful and when a cab was requested at 4AM the had one there in a matter of minutes. Room was clean however quite tight for a stay any longer.

Lovely new hotel with great staff

Beautiful new hotel. Friendly and very helpful staff at reception and restaurant. The restaurant looks ready for a wedding, it’s so well done up. Room very well decorated and comfortable with fridge and great air conditioning. Shower large and great water pressure. Clean towels.

The hotel and the staff are really very good. The only problem during my stay was people that stayed next door. They spoke very loudly whole night and not only in the room but also in the hall. But this is not related to the hotel.

If you need an easy to get to place via the metro (M11/U) from the airport for one night of sleep, it works. Room feels cramped, ceiling lights flickered on and off alll night (room 503), outlet of wall hanging out with wires exposed, no coffee in room (had to ask to refill trey), previous guest hair in and around toilet (I'm bald), no closet, etc. Etc. Just lots of little things. Wifi was good, bed was clean, and there is a great reasturant near by that takes 6 mintues to walk to.

Staff was efficient. Room was clean and comfortable. Traffic outside was a bit loud, so recommend bringing earplugs. Definitely use the shuttle they offer. Was very nice. I recommend this especially for those with early flights who want to avoid the Istanbul morning traffic.

LOUD LOUD LOUD. Came here as it was close to airport and we had to get up at 3 AM for a flight. Between door slamming, people chatting on the steps just outside the building, people talking in the alley behind the hotel (right outside our window) and a man talking ALL NIGHT in a staff area beside our room, I got absolutely no sleep. The AC unit also leaked a big puddle of water just inches from my open suitcase and the overhead light flickered on every few minutes, indicating some electrical problem. It was almost comical how terrible our experience was. Having said that, the staff were friendly upon arrival.

Despite my late check-in around 12:30 AM, the receptionist arrived at the front desk within a few minutes and checked me in promptly. The main room was good for the price, but there was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom. Additionally, the bathroom lacked hangers for towels, which was inconvenient. Overall, the stay was pleasant; if it weren’t for the smell, I would have rated it higher.

Well maintained, clean and comfortable hotel . Easy to reach the airport. Good internet connection. As opposed to some reviews, a free shuttle to the airport was not provided and the hotel was charging EUR 10 per person per way. There is limited dining options nearby with a good restaurant across the road but not many other options. One thing to mention is that the shower is small and the water was very hot and it was difficult to set the water temperature without burning oneself... something that perhaps the hotel can look into. Nevertheless overall a good place for a short stay.

The room was fine, basic, clean and ok for a one stay. I wanted something near the airport so I could avoid IST traffic. But the hotel is new and the staff untrained. No one ever answered calls to the reception from the room. Services booked were not delivered.
