Our stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The staff, specially Tarik, was incredibly welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was spotless, comfortable, and had a beautiful view that made the experience even more relaxing. The food, amenities, and overall atmosphere exceeded our expectations. It was truly a memorable stay, and we would gladly return again in the future.

Tarik was amazingly helpful, organising room service for us and ensuring that we had everything we needed. Room and beds comfortable and clean. Location is fantastic, within walking distance of the Grand Bazaar and tramline. The photos led us to believe there was dining available but this was not the case. However there are places to eat everywhere. Would definitely recommend this hotel for value for money and central location.

Location is very close to most tourist attractions. Staff friendly and helpful early available. Mostly staff can’t speak English very well but try to solve any issues any time. Shops and shops restaurants are nearby. Breakfast is very good facility which is free and good quality. They have good range of breakfast. Tea coffee available in room we can use their kitchen space any time of the day they have free drinking water. The only thing which I don’t like was widow and curtains.

Limited breakfast options and space. Room thermostat temperature was pre set and not changeable. Bathroom ceiling light didn't work Towels were not initially provided and had to request. Room was clean and presented well. Ensuite can be improved.

Das Zimmer war feucht, besonders an der Decke. Es war nicht sauber, und das Badezimmer war in einem schlechten Zustand. Obwohl in der Beschreibung 20 Quadratmeter angegeben waren, war das Zimmer viel kleiner – nur drei Meter lang und anderthalb bis zwei Meter breit. Handtücher würde nie gewechselt. Ich hab einmal nachgefragt damit die mir das bringen die haben nicht mal gewechselt. Wir haben kein Frühstück gesehen, und es wurde auch nicht erwähnt, obwohl es laut Beschreibung inklusive sein sollte. Und war eine große Baustelle da und laut nachts die haben fast 24 Stunden gearbeitet die Bauarbeiter

Renzo Hotel’de harika bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadım. Özellikle resepsiyon sorumlusu Tarık Bey’e ayrı bir parantez açmak isterim. Misafirlerle ilgilenme biçimi, çözüm odaklı yaklaşımı ve güler yüzü gerçekten mükemmel. Daha otele adım atar atmaz kendinizi güvende ve değerli hissettiriyor. Odalar son derece temiz, düzenli ve konforlu. Her detayın özenle düşünüldüğü belli. Otelin genel temizlik standartları da gerçekten takdire şayan. Kısacası Renzo Hotel, kaliteli hizmeti ve profesyonel ekibiyle kesinlikle tercih edilmesi gereken bir yer. Tarık Bey’e özellikle teşekkür ederim; misafir memnuniyeti konusundaki titizliği gerçekten fark yaratıyor.
