The staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and are a decent size for families. The only let down was there was no microwave. Near the hotel are some shops and restaurants which is convenient.

My experience at Serenity Suites Airport Hotel was extremely disappointing. For a hotel advertised as four-star, the level of professionalism, communication, and consideration shown by the staff was far below what any paying guest should reasonably expect. Throughout my stay, I felt disrespected, intimidated, and, at times, genuinely unsafe. I had recently undergone surgery and was staying at the hotel while recovering. During such a physically and emotionally exhausting time, I expected a basic level of compassion and understanding. Instead, I was denied the opportunity to see my own siblings, even for a brief 10-minute visit while I was recovering from an operation. When my brother came to visit me, we were explicitly told by the staff that visitors were not allowed. This was particularly upsetting given my circumstances and the fact that I was recovering from surgery. What made the situation even more confusing was that we were subsequently told that my brother could apparently stay for €20. If the hotel’s policy was that visitors were not permitted, why was an exception seemingly possible in exchange for payment? Furthermore, the staff wanted to hold his passport, without providing us with a satisfactory explanation. When we asked to see the written policy they were referring to, they refused to show it to us. Instead, he pulled up a AI written passage that said visitors were not allowed. Ai? Really?

If you want to stay a little bit away (20-25km) away from downtown this is the place to live. nice cozy suite with excellent staff, if you rent a car just drop the keys to the front they will park and bring as needed (the best thing). there is all sort of shops and small market on footsteps. Will definitely come back.

Service 4 étoiles mais l’hôtel en lui même est plus un 3 étoiles. Certains équipements sont dégradés ou trop anciens, à changer (pommeau de douche, sol douche, cuvette WC etc). Mais le personnel est très gentil et serviable.

Odanın genel durumu iyiydi sadece perdeler ve cekyatlarin değişmesi gerek mobilyalarında biraz bakıma ihtiyacı var. Kaldığımız oda aşırı sıcaktı kış gününde klima açmak zorunda kaldık. Genel olarak temizdi. Personel güler yüzlü ve iyi hizmet veriyorlar.

Our travel turned into a nightmare...

Outside temperature was 5C but the heating didn't work. The room was so cold that next morning i got up with a throat ache. Sound insulation of the windows was very bad. You hear the passing cars as they are a few meters away even when the windows are closed. There were leakage in the shower. After the shower the bathroom were flooded. The staff was impolite. They spoke with us with "thou" instead of "you". For couples they ask for marriage certificate. We had it but they reject the validity of your certificate for dummy reasons. I strongly recommend NOT TO STAY in this hotel. Better pay 10-15 $ more and stay in a proper place.
