A very comfortable and pleasant stay! Friendly courteous staff, great location, comfortable rooms! We paid for breakfast and it was worth it. We arrived 11 am from our flight and were able to check in early to our room. I maybe incorrectly spelling but Uzgen at front desk snd camil were very helpful. Would recommend for sure!

Excellent stay here for 2 nights. I arrived early morning at 6AM and was given my room with no issues. This made such a difference as other hotels would have charged for this! The young man and elder gentleman at reception were really helpful. I ordered a food delivery and they came up with the driver so I didn't have to go and collect. The location is great. Off the main road so no noise or disturbance yet easily accessible. The gym was a bit basic but I could live with this. Overall an excellent stay and great service and I'd happily stay here again!

This is a very modern hotel in Istanbul and very reasonably priced. Upon arriving via taxi the bellhop greeted us at the door immediately and assisted us with our bags. The front desk was happy to assist us with making arrangements for pick up to go to the airport the following day they also offered sightseeing options. There was also a young man who had just started two weeks, prior, very courteous and helpful and brought all of our bags upstairs to our room for us. I would definitely recommend this hotel. There is an on-site bar and restaurant and a beautiful lobby area with a patio style enclosed to smoking area to those who indulge.

Excellent séjour

Hôtel très bien situé, à quelques centaines de mètres d'une station de métro, permettant l'accès rapide à l'aéroport et au centre ville (place Taskim, vieil Istambul.). En prime , un immense centre commercial à la sortie de la station de métro. L'hôtel est très confortable, accueil très professionnel et sympathique. Les chambres sont spacieuses et la salle de bain très fonctionnelle et bien équipée. Petit déjeuner varié avec stand de cuisson des œufs sur demande. Un établissement que je recommande vivement à tous ceux qui veulent passer un excellent séjour à Istambul !

It’s the worst experience ever had in this hotel we asked for a room with non smoking the room was full of smoking smells, as a silver vip customer for the past 2 times we had a breakfast including with our vip this time didn’t want to do it very bad experience never go back again
