Don't go this hotel. Uncomfortable and dirty
Don't go this hotel. They gave us BASEMENT rooms. I asked to change the room, then they gave us the room right next to reception desk. The room was not clean, the electrical cord was hanging on the wall, and the bathroom is covered with mold. The worst thing was the narrow and short bedroom. My knees reached The half of my calf was the outside of the bed. The only one staff could speak English. We had to wait for him 15-20 minutes whenever we need to ask something. Don't go this hotel if you don't want to ruin your trip. 비추입니다. 처음에 방을 안내해주는데 한참을 계단을 내려가더라구요. 이 호텔에 지하방이 있는줄 몰랐는데 창문도 거의 벽에 막혀있는 지하방을 주더군요. 그래서 이건 너무 아니다싶어 방을 바꿔달라고 했더니 알아본다 하고 1층에 방을 주겠다고 하더라요. 그런데 준다는 방이 리셉션 바로 옆의 방이었습니다. 창문은 거리쪽으로 나 있어 밤늦게까지 지나다는 사람들 목소리 다 들리고, 방 상태도 정말 청결하지 않았습니다. TV에서 나와있는 전선은 꼬여서 벽에 주렁주렁 달려있고 화장실 샤워부스에는 때와 곰팡이가 껴있었습니다. 무엇보다 불편했던 점은 좁고 짧은 침대였습니다. 침대가 어찌나 짧은지 저희 부부 종아리 절반 이상이 침대밖으로 나왔습니다. 유아용 침대도 아니고.. 게다가 영어를 하는 스탭이 단 한명뿐이었습니다. 그래서 뭘 물어보거나 얘기하려는데 그 사람이 없으면 올때까지 늘 15-20분 정도 기다려야 했습니다. 이스탄불은 너무나 멋졌지만 이 호텔만큼은 이제까지 여행중에 가격대비 최악이었습니다. 절대 가지 마세요.

사실, 평점보고 일주일 정도 묵었는데 도대체 그 이유를 알 수 가 없음 시설도 그렇고 위치는 더더욱 트램역에서 상당히 떨어져 있음.

I wasn’t expecting a 5 star hotel, but what this hotel lacked in amenities, it made up for in services and friendliness. The staff is friendly, helpful and welcoming. If you just need a clean, safe place to sleep.

This is a 1-2 start hotel. The best way to describe is “adequate”. If you are on a budget and looking for a decent no frills place near the blue mosque, this does it. The breakfast was terrible. We are one day and avoided it for the rest of the trip. The walls are super thin and you can hear pretty clearly what folks next to your room. No napkin / tissue paper provided, an electric pot is there to boil water but no tea / coffee provided. Rooms are tiny even for sultanahmet standards. When we asked for iron and ironing board, we got an old iron that has stiff stuck on it. When I asked for board the guy at front desk said just use the bed or floor as no board available. The folks at the front desk were helpful but clearly they had no idea how to run a hotel that caters to foreigners.

It was a beautiful stay! The staff went above and beyond and were so helpful when it came to telling us about the area and giving us tips. They were very kind and thoughtful and always greeted us with a hello and a smile. The room was spacious and clean and the beds were comfortable. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. The breakfast was delicious; it was a little repetitive but still good. We were staying on the 3rd floor so it was a little difficult not having an elevator for the elderly in our group but we expected this before our trip. The location is very convenient; it was walking distance to many landmarks. And close by to a few grocery stores so we had access to everything we needed. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul.

Ideal for a long weekend in Istanbul.
From the moment of our arrival the young staff in this small family run hotel could not have been more welcoming, friendly, or helpful. It is a simple hotel, very centrally located, but tucked away in a quiet side street. The room was immaculately clean with comfortable beds. There are two roof terraces with great views over the Bosporus. Breakfast was simple but with plenty of choice of local dishes and more conventional choices. I would highly recommend this hotel as a great place to stay for a long weekend break in Istanbul.

Excellent location for old city exploration and many tourist attractions. Very clean property. Wonderful & tasty smorgasboard breakfasts, kind, helpful and friendly staff - most of whom spoke good English. Basic room, but very good bathroom facilities and air conditioning. Area felt very safe day and night. Would definitely recommend!

The property was extremely clean. The room was neat, decently spacious for 3 people. The hosts were extremely polite and helpful to our requirements. The hotel is situated within walking distance to all the major touristic and shopping avenues. What more can anyone ask for!. Highly recommend.

Really worked well for our three-generational family. We had a spacious two bedroom/two bath suite with an amazing view. Staff were extremely friendly to the kids especially. Breakfast was fine as well. It's not the fanciest place but it was well taken care of and our rooms were always well serviced.

Bien , pero el tema del desayuno no convence mucho porque no es muy completo , esta bn que mantenga ese su estilo rustico pero debería modernizarse algo ya que trasmite algo d antigüedad , esta muy bien ubicado . Me dieron una cuna para bebé pero no estaba en buenas condiciones …

I only stayed 2 nights as the room was so tiny without closet not room to place our luggage. Manager and Orbitz were supposed to refund the rest of the nights as I moved to a different hotel. No refund received yet in spite of many calls and chats! Orbitz never contacted the hotel!!

Dear Maria Lourdes,We showed you good faith and accepted a refund, even though we didn't have to. We have provided free early check-out from the hotel. Orbitz.com called us 25 days later.
