Excellent hotel in great neighborhood
The location of the hotel is fantastic! Close to high-end shopping and walkable to the Bosphore area in 15 mins. The room was large and our only complaint is there was some street noise at night which was loud on the weekend. WiFi and amenities were great. The breakfast was great and the rooftop restaurant had great views.

Streets vs Park views
I stayed for 3 nights at the St.Regis hotel. The first night I had at the 2nd floor. The room was clean, smelled nice, cozy and convey. The service was very good and fast. However I had to change it because the view was directly on the streets it was uncomfortable for me personally as I value my privacy & would like to enjoy it with private view. I moved to the 6th floor for the next 2 nights of my stay. The view was private the way I liked it to be, however the room is a bit worn down, you can see it clearly in the bathroom. It had a smell as well and it had small flys all over the shower ceiling. The service is noticeably slow. And the bedsheets had a smell on them. I have pointed my points to the head of front desk which he was very open to it and assured that they are doing some renovations to the upper floors soon. Other than that it was nice and quiet.

Superb experience
This hotel is one of the best I’ve stayed in. The level of service, attention to detail and accommodation to meet our needs was excellent. We had small children and were pleasantly surprised with the thoughtful teddy bears, crafts and supplies stocked in our rooms in advance of our stay. We had several special requests during our stay and found the the hotel staff to be competent, kind and helpful. The hotel itself is super high end and in a great location at the top of Macka Park and near the heart of the boutiques of Nisantisi. The rooftop has an incredible view and is a perfect stop for an evening cocktail. Highly recommend!

A great upscale place to stay in Istanbul
We stayed at the St Regis Istanbul for five nights on a leisure trip to Turkey. We couldn't have asked for a nicer place to stay. The facility was new (built about five years ago), and every surface was as clean as it visibly could be, and excellent protocols were in place for COVID-19 safety. The staff were friendly and helpful from the very beginning to the end, and many of them were good at English and could help us navigate our stay in Turkey. It was easy to plan our activities as well as our COVID test which was needed for departure. The head butler, Bora, was also helpful, courteous, and speedy delivering us a complimentary bottle of Turkish Sauvignon blanc, extra water, as well as other necessary items. We stayed in the Caroline Astor suite which had a beautiful balcony from which we could observe the lively scene on the street below. I would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Istanbul looking for am upscale hotel experience, and I would definitely return to this property again.

I was glad with the staff welcoming ,they were trying their best to make make stay the perfect. The rooms is clean with nice decor wich l loved. The location of the hotel is extremely convenient to me because i love outdoors cafes and shopping and you need at lest one week to cover the area. It was an Excellent stay definitely will come again.

Amazing experience. I will be returning again this week. I loved every aspect of this hotel. My butler was so courteous. From dinner reservations every night to even going to get some headache medication from a local pharmacy.

I am a gold member on Expedia, so that says a lot. I have stayed in different hotels all over the world but none has made me look forward to coming back like St Regis. First the location is fantastic as it is very close to shopping areas and lots of cafe. The staff are very friendly and go above and beyond. I went with my wife for valentine and wedding anniversary. I told the staff that I wanted to surprise my wife. All I did was to sit back and they practically did everything and even offered free bottles of wine and lots of chocolates. It was divine and I look forward to coming back again. Oh, and by the way, this is my second time of staying there, which also tells its own story.
