Hotel was beautiful and the staff were extremely helpful. Room was spacious and comfortable, and well decorated too. Did not have a chance to eat their food but will be back for sure.

Great experience!

Staff is really amazing! Super helpful and incredibly kind. They know what hospitality means. Clean, very comfortable and quiet. The hotel is located in a business area, just 3 blocks from the world’s top brand boutiques and just 5 minutes from a very big mall. If needed, subway station is 25 meters from the hotel.

My new favorite hotel in Istanbul

This hotel is off-the-charts good. The staff is so friendly and helpful, the hotel is so clean and comfortable, and despite being in a super crowded neighborhood, the room was so quiet. I love the Westin brand, but this hotel managed to exceed my already high expectations. I will stay again (and again and again)!!

The stay was one of the most comfortable stay. The room size and the amenities were perfect. One of theost friendliest staff especially the bellboys and the restaurants staff. The location is perfe t for city explorers.

The Westin is a new property with efficient and attentive staff. The rooms are the standard Westin, comfortable, clean and well appointed, but nothing special. People in Turkey are warm and welcoming and this is reflected in the service the staff provides. The area around the hotel is not as upscale as Istanbul's residential areas or the area around the cruise port and Modern Art museum, but it's good, with lots and lots of shopping at various price points and a small shopping mall next to the hotel with varied restaurant and coffee shop options. The subway is literally at the hotel's doorsteps and the green line takes you directly to the University station with a relatively long walk or a 5 minute tram ride to the Hagia Sophia and the tourist area around it. Istanbul has efficient taxi service that you can reserve through Uber, nice restaurant options are a 10 minute taxi ride away.
