1 Minute vom Galata Turm entfernt. Sehr sehr schönes sauberes Hotel. Personal äußerst freundlich und sehr nett. Denke wir werden auch bei unserem nächsten Istanbul Besuch dort ein Zimmer buchen.

Hotellen hadde greit beliggenhet, men rommene luktet en del fult skader spesielt fra bad. Vi turte nesten ikke gå inn på toalett og bad for det luktet enormt kloakk og fukt/mugg.

Shameful
It is just a shame that this hotel staff lacks honesty and hospitality. We were planning to have a stay at this hotel last week whilst having a stay in a different hotel the following week. However we accidentally ended up booking this very same hotel twice and therefore had to contact both Hotels.com and the director of this hotel in order to explain that the second stay needed to be canceled and reimbursed to us. Outcome? They simply were trying to pass the ball to one another blaming Hotels.com on the hand whilst Hotels.com blaming the hotel on the other hand. It is not only shameful but a quite big rip off. Never ever again. Shameless people.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Walton Hotel during our visit in Istanbul and I must say that my experience surpassed all expectations. Mostly because of the service in the hotel. Especially Salim and Murat were always there for us in person and by whatsapp. We did not plan very much before our trip, but every morning we walked down to the reception to get ideas, talk and laugh. If we had any questions or needed recommendation, if it came to restaurants/sight seeing/ Hamams etc, they always helped us in any way. Everybody welcomed us so heartly and as friends that we always felt special and warm. At the end of each day we came back and were everytime super excited to tell about our experience :) I highly recommend the hotel to all my friends and we will definitely visit again in the summertime. Also i highly recommend the little coffee store next to the hotel, the owners were super sweet and heartily to us. All in all we had a great time and we will never forget our first stay in Istanbul, special thanks to my Abis Salim and Murat :-*

Staff was wonderful, very friendly but the property needs some TLC and it is not soundproof at all. We had a room on level 1 near reception and we could hear everything when guests arrived, talking etc. there was also noise coming from the room above but this is because there are no carpets on the floor. Shower head needed repair and the over head shower did not work. There was also issues with cleanliness of the rooms - they were not cleaned to a high standard. Breakfast was ok but we felt it had very little to offer and a few days we didn’t bother to attend. Location was ok.

My partner and I stayed at this hotel in January. It was a very nice hotel for the price. It is close to the Galata Tower where there was lots of fun shops and places to eat. It is also in close proximity to the trains. The staff were very nice and always willing to help when we had questions. We had breakfast on the rooftop restaurant every morning and often finished our days up there enjoying some of the amazing cocktails made by the bartender, Huso. We talked to Huso on our first night in and he provided us with many recommendations for things to do during our visit. We really have him to thank for making the trip as amazing as it was. We are planning to come back to Istanbul and stay at this hotel again!

Excelente Hotel! Atendimento nota 10!
Hotel muito bem localizado, na região de Galata. Muito próximo da Torre de Galata Com bastante opções de restaurantes e muita atividade na rua. O atendimento foi excepcional! Pessoal da recepção preocupados com o nosso bem estar e em nos ajudar no que fosse preciso. Café da manhã muito bom, bastante opções de sucos, chás, café, ... faziam o que você pedia também. Ambiente agradável, limpo e uma ótima opção para casais em viagem. Possui elevador, sendo isso muito importante.

Das Hotel ist sehr Zentral - Galata-Tower, Taksim, Besiktas, Eminönü - alles ist in der Nähe. Das Hotel hat eine sehr tolle Terrasse. Zimmer sind sehr sauber.
