Não vale o que cobram.

Estive 2 vezes no Hotel. A primeira foi bem legal, super bem atendido, a segunda fui extremamente mal atendido, tinha um rapaz de cara super fechada que nem comprimentos, o café da manhã parecia que estava pedindo favor em solicitar um suco ou algo. Pouca cortesia da equipe. Ponto negativo também em que NINGUÉM até ajuda com malas, na verdade na primeira hospedagem uma mulher nos ajudou, nessa era um rapaz na recepção que nada ajudava. Hotel bonito, sem estacionamento, bons drinks e só!

Me sinto em casa!!

Essa foi minha 3a vez nessa pousada e como sempre muito agradável. Além da estrutura que é muito aconchegante, o serviço faz toda diferença, comida e bebidas muito boas. A localização é ótima, o café da manhã também com a tapioca rendada da De, o atendimento do Miguel e da Lívia na recepção, tudo excelente. A gente vai embora querendo voltar.

Excelente atendimento com muito conforto no Centro

São muitos os aspectos do Vila Barracuda que merecem elogios. O principal deles é o atendimento de toda a equipe: você realmente se sente acolhido como estivesse em casa. A decoração do hotel é de muito bom gosto. As instalações são muito bem conservadas. Quanto à localização, o hotel fica no Centro, muito próximo dos restaurantes. Para as praias urbanas, uma caminhada de dez a quinze minutos. Se você pretende ficar no Centro de Itacaré, é altamente recomendável. 10/10.

Péssima localização, fica de frente para uma praia que não é própria para banho, o mal cheiro que entra é terrível. Café da manhã péssima qualidade, variedade nenhuma, muito fraco. Valor da diária altíssima para o que é oferecido. Nem estacionamento tem!

Vila Barracuda is an amazingly well-designed and stylish boutique hotel right in the centre of Itacare. It has a great views of the ocean from its terrace restaurant. The food is some of the best in Itacare. Highly recommend for the hotel and the restaurant.

Uma pérola na orla de Itacaré

Assim que chegamos, a primeira constatação foi em relação à ótima localização do hotel: não poderia estar mais próximo da escola de surf que contratamos, fica a poucos passos do centrinho da cidade, da Igreja tão festejada e tem vista para a orla. Não bastasse isso, as instalações são absolutamente charmosas e encantadoras, pensadas em cada pequeno detalhe. Mas, com toda certeza, a gentileza e disposição do staff em bem servir os hóspedes é o grande diferencial. No dia do meu aniversário, fui agraciado com um inesperado up grade de quarto e uma sobremesa com vela e tudo, para não deixar de comemorar. Ah, algo que não poderia passar em branco: a comida do restaurante que funciona no hotel para o jantar é absolutamente incrível!!!

Hotel charmoso e com excelente serviço

O Vila Barracuda é um hotel muito bonito, com uma decoração linda, de muito bom gosto. O serviço é ótimo! Funcionários muito atenciosos e cordiais. Os quartos são espaçosos e muito confortáveis. Só recomendo que evitem ficar nos quartos cujas janelas dão para a cidade, pois atrás do hotel tem uma escola e uma praça e é muito barulhento. Os quartos de frente para a praia certamente não tem esse problema. Gostamos muito da nossa curta estadia.
