Beautiful hotel with an amazing service!

Beautiful hotel with amazing service! Not much to do in Blumenau outside of big events, but this hotel was a nice break and amazing romantic refreshment. Breakfast was average, but the lunch was the best meal we had in Santa Catarina by far! Very friendly staff and amazing service!

Uma experiência sensacional! Quarto extremamente confortável, piscina aquecida, sauna e jacuzzi à disposição. O jantar e café da manhã no hotel estavam muito gostosos (destaque para o eggs benedict com parma). Como era uma data especial, eles deixaram fotos nossas e um bolinho como mimo na nossa chegada. Excelente Hotel para uma noite em casal

Hotel intimista e bem decorado, com poucas unidades. Excelente para casais, especialmente para uma pernoite, uma dica é o "Jante e Fique",... Restaurante com poucas mas ótimas opções e bem preparados, não deixe de reservar pois são poucos lugares. Quartos sempre aromáticos e limpos, opção com hidromassagem na varanda e uma linda vista para a cidade. Ótimo atendimento a qualquer momento.

Hotel confortável, localização privilegiada, muito silencioso, banho e lençóis excelentes. Desjejum fraco, poucas opções. Apesar de solicitarem informações sobre problemas com hóspedes, nada foi providenciado para melhor atender. Restaurante fraco, menu com poucas opções, carta de vinho sem muitas opções, garçons esforçado, mas falta treinamento. Serviços abaixo das expectativas. Não tenho intenção de retornar.

O Hotel é muito bom e confortável. Minha reclamação é quanto ao atendimento da parte gastronômica, onde observo 3 questões em nossa estadia: 1- Estávamos na piscina 9área externa) em um grupo de 10 pessoas e os garçons ficavam no bar dentro do hotel e sequer vinham para verificar se tínhamos algum pedido. Tive que ir até eles para fazer o pedido que desejávamos; 2- Minha esposa e demais amigas que almoçaram no restaurante, além da demora (informaram que alguns pratos demorariam mais de 1 hora para ser servidos, sendo que o restaurante estava vazio, o que limitou a escolha dos pratos a fim de evitar a demora, que acabou acontecendo) para servir os pratos, dos 4 pratos pedidos 3 não estavam bons (inclusive, já frios quando servidos) 1 deles foi devolvido, pois a lula estava muito rígida; 3-Apesar do inconveniente em relação a comida, não vieram até a mesa para informar que o serviço do restaurante se encerraria em alguns instantes e uma pessoa do grupo que veio um pouco mais tarde não pode comer (se avisassem teria feito o pedido para ela). Observo ainda, que todos nós, grupo que ocupava 8 quatros (dos 20 que o hotel possui), estávamos hospedados em razão de evento na cidade, o que era de conhecimento do hotel, mas mesmo assim não tivemos uma flexibilidade em relação aos horários de serviços. Ressalto, que os demais funcionários de recepção e portaria foram muito atenciosos e gentis. Fica apenas a observação quanto a parte de bar e gastronomia.
