“Bellissima villa resort, posizione panoramica molto bella, dotata di piscina e tutte le camere sono dotate di bella terrazza. La nostra camera aveva pure la vasca idromassaggio. Camera ben arredata con tutti i comfort Colazione ricca Personale gentilissimo ”

“I was waiting for 1 hour to get my room key. But the host has gone to milan(more than 1hour by car). So I have to make a int'l phone call to get my room key. After 1.5hours of effort I got my room key. This B&B is located 5th floor & and our room door was out of order so we cannot lock our room door. Further more room TV is located more than 2m high. The host never say "I am sorry !"”

“This was a magnificent find! Very small and quaint, with exceptional service. It is off the beaten path, and about 15 minute walk from crowded, bustling Bellagio. Much of the hike is uphill and on stairs, so beware of carrying luggage. Taxis are hard to find, and our host was kind enough to drive us to an early ferry upon departure (for a fee). Definitely recommend a room with a balcony. We didn’t include breakfast, but added a couple during our stay. Lovely to have in the garden, but...

“The best location in town ... 2 bloody from the ferry station, restaurants options right in front of you , walkable from the train station, I totally recommend this place ... my room was huge , I was a little scared at the beginning because the pictures don't really show the condition of the place ... I totally recommend this place !!! ”

“The room we stayed in was beautifully furnished and very comfortable. The bathroom was also very spacious and clean. The hotel is near the ferry dock and walking distance to the main street. Stefano our host was super nice and attentive! We had a great time at the hotel and would recommend it to everyone!”

“Beautiful property overlooking Lake Como. Terraced and private, and offers exceptional vistas. Hosts were lovely and incredibly helpful arranging local dining, transportation, and activities. Rooms were spacious, entire place was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the showers were excellent. Conveniently close to Como and Bellagio. Would highly recommend this place. ”
