The hotel was good, the staff was good. But my friend got her money stolen. Someone went to our room and opened our armory. When we got back from our event we noticed. We did notify the management and they were chilled about and informed that will take a while and when they got back to us they did not even apologize for the occurrence of the stolen money. It’s was very disappointing that have happened in the property. Also we booked room for 4 people and the property on the website was a a big bed and a room with 2 single bed and was very pricey. We got there and the room with a big bed and in the side 2 small beds and one small bathroom. Totally miss lead. Very disappointed. So, I do not recommend. Please stay away.

Hotel fazenda lindíssimo e confortável, muito bem cuidado, manutenção impecável. Quarto exatamente como nas fotos. Pensão completa, café da manhã e café da tarde muito bons, almoço e jantar um pouco mais simples mas comida boa, poderia ser um pouco melhor a qualidade das carnes vermelhas, mas nada que impeça a estádia. Gostamos bastante da hospedagem, um local bom pra relaxar e ficar na natureza e silêncio. Hotel bem pet friendly, recebeu muito bem nossa cachorrinha. E também com atividades para crianças com monitoria. Funcionários bem receptivos.

O Chalé família é compartilhado!

No site da hoteis.com nao especificava que a sala do Chalé Familia era compartilhada com outros hóspedes/família. Fiquei bem chateada qdo descobri isso ao chegar ao local, pq era uma viagem de aniversário e nossa ideia era termos o chalé inteiro para nossa família. Por ser um hotel novo, eles ainda estão se organizando nos serviços prestados. Havia encomendado uma cesta de picnic, mas depois fui informada q nao poderia ser no café da manha. No final, nao fizemos cesta nenhuma. A Fazenda é enorme e com bastante atividade para as crianças.

A estadia foi muito agradável, o local é muito bonito, a comida de todas as refeições estavam boas, apenas o chá da tarde que poderia ter algumas variedades a mais. Antes de ir deve - se verificar as atividades antes pois há atividades específicas para cada dia, eu não sabia e então pedi pra incluirem um passeio a cavalo que não estava na programação do dia, conseguiram colocar o passeio no dia seguinte, gostei da atencao que deram em relação a esta solicitação.

Gostamos muito do hotel, os quartos são muito confortáveis, climatizados, a limpeza é excelente. O local é muito agradável, com passeios a cavalo, pedalinho, piscina e atividades para as crianças. A experiência foi ótima. Voltaremos em breve.

Hotel fazenda com bom custo x benefício

Hotel no meio da natureza, lindo, arborizado e bem cuidado! Quarto confortável, com boa roupa de cama. A comida é bem simples, e na minha opinião, deixa um pouco a desejar! Para o nível do hotel, poderia ser melhor! A academia possui equipamentos básicos, mas ainda precisa ser incrementada e possuir ar condicionado! A monitoria e recreação são ótimas! Tio Milico atende atenciosamente as crianças!!!! A massagista Vanessa é ótima! O hotel tem bom custo x benefício.

Precisa melhorar mto o treinamento funcionários

O espaço físico do hotel é incrível, a comida é ótima, mas o atendimento dos funcionários é muito ruim! Eles não atendem bem em coisas básicas, como limpeza de áreas comuns, não tem gente para tirar pedido de bebida no restaurante, não conseguiram me arrumar leite frio no café da manhã no primeiro dia… enfim, a equipe precisa de muito treinamento para o serviço ficar aceitável.
