I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better stay at Kordon Hotel Pasaport. From the moment I arrived, the service made me feel genuinely cared for. The manager is truly exceptional: she is kind, attentive, and effortlessly professional. Not the scripted kind of hospitality, but the real kind. The kind that makes you feel safe, welcomed, and seen, especially when you’re traveling and need that grounding energy. The location is absolutely perfect safe and beautiful. You can get anywhere in İzmir easily from here, and the view of the Agean Sea is simply unbeatable. Sitting by the water, watching the city breathe; it adds something special to the entire experience that you don’t forget once you leave. The buffet-style Turkish breakfast was also wonderful, fresh, generous, and thoughtfully prepared. A beautiful way to start the day, every day. I think I found the place every time we visit Izmir! Absolutely Wonderful Stay – I Will Definitely Be B

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The service was excellent, the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and the atmosphere was both peaceful and beautifully designed. The location was perfect and made everything so convenient. Everything from check-in to check-out went smoothly, and I truly felt welcome. I will definitely come back and stay here again next time. Highly recommended

Good location hotel but very tired rooms…

Kordon Hotel has got very tired rooms. The rooms smell cigarette and also very bad smell comes from shower drains. Rooms and beds are very big and comfortable but terrible smell in the room kills the room comfort. Safes are very old and difficult to operate. Staff at the hotel brilliant and can not do enough for you. The smoking lounge is the best place overlooking the bay of Izmir .. it should be non smoking place.. as if they penalise non smoking clients..

Staff were very friendly and most have very good English. The rooms are a good size and the beds are very comfortable. Some of the decor is a bit dated and smoking is the norm in Turkey so there's the smell of smoke in the rooms. Breakfast is good and there's good selection for dinner.

Fantastic location…restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, museums, ferry, shopping bazaar, bars, are all in walking distance from this hotel. No need to take public transportation or cabs, just use your feet. The hotel staff is super nice and really takes care of you. The only thing I can mention was my room was not cleaned the first day of my stay. The breakfast was awesome and quite a bit of variety to choose from.

This was a very good hotel to stay in, we had a lovely view of the sea from our room. The only thing I would say is breakfast could have been better with a bit more selection of food. Otherwise we had a great time, very close to Kanak Sq and Kemeralti Market.
