Room was extremely clean and spacious, the included breakfast was excellent and the staff were courteous and polite. Transport using the city’s trams which are a short walk away is very convenient. There is light traffic noise with the windows closed at night but nothing that a standard pair of ear plugs cannot deal with. My second time and I will stay again.

We booked a sea view room, beautiful views. Good breakfast and polite friendly staff. Would definitely recommend and come back. Only thing, is the distance from the hotel to the Konak ferry port or bazaar is definitely not a walk you can jump on a tram which is about 3 min walk from the hotel. And 2 stops you’re there. I’d say probably a good 30 min walk and if you plan on doing shopping you’d probably be exhausted by then as the markets are huge and a lot to explore.

Everything about this hotel is excellent. Room was comfortable and clean, the staff is very helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet had more choices than you would find in a luxurious restaurant. And to top it all free parking. I recommend very highly.

The staff was always courteous and helpful. When I phoned with a question the receptionist couldn't readily answer, she called me back 5 minutes later after researching it for me. The view from the seafront room was incredible. The bed is very soft, which I like, but not everyone agrees. There are no loud social spots near the hotel to cause a disturbance, but the elevator is slightly audible from within the room, but that didn't bother me at all either. Highly recommend!

Location of the hotel is awesome. Away from main city area but still close. Beautiful location and right across from the Kordon walk path. Breakfast was ample, simple and enough for a good day start. Tram stop was few minute walk away which was convenient to travel to any part of the town. The area behind the hotel was all neighborhood with shops and cages which was very reasonable.

Fabulous view of the Marmara Sea from the room, which was spacious, well maintained and had all the conveniences we needed. The street at the back has a few cafes & restaurants within walkable distance. The breakfast was a large & mixed spread of Turkish & continental food. The lady managing the breakfast room was sweet enough to serve us a breakfast plate sooner than normal breakfast timings because we needed to make an early start.

Wonderful hotel with a locked parking lot. You needed to call or run in the door to get someone to open the gate for the parking. WiFi was weak on the last few days of our week long stay. But the service was good and breakfast was plentiful.
