"The staff was the worst part of my stay , not understanding , guy lied and told me they would cancel if I didn’t arrive by 6 because I didn’t pay yet and I told them I was on the way but when I called back reservation told me they can’t do that. Asked for late check out and they made every excuse under the sun to not give it just for them to not even come to clean the room till 1 anyway. No parking , horrible breakfast. All I can say is the place is clean and modern "

"The facility is old. There is spit in the elevator and stairs down to the hotel. The toiletries are poor, the size of the soap is a little bigger than a SIM card. You cannot make local calls from the room phone. The curtains were mildewed. If I could give half of 1 star, I would. "

"Just terrible. First, my car would barely fit down the alleyway to the parking lot. Then, the room reeked of a strong chemical odor. I had to keep a window open just in order to breathe without feeling dizzy. The bed was 4 feet off the ground, was filled with broken springs and was so loud that I couldn’t sleep over the noise. The only “furniture” in the room was what appeared to be a wobbly lawn chair. BEWARE if booking a room in this establishment. I had to forego the 2nd night I had booked and find a different hotel. "

"The room was clean and the staff were very helpful. The only bad part of our stay were the people we shared our floor who were incredibly loud. Our family had to be up early so that was frustrating. The location was perfect and close to where we needed to be in the city. It was our first time in Brooklyn and if we had to come back we would stay here again. We would request a room toward the back of the hotel rather than the street room we had as it was quieter in those rooms. "

"Every Area of the property is very clean and well maintained. The staff work very hard to ensure the rooms are spotless. The cooling system in the room works very well.Even the parking area is well maintained."
