Pleasant surprise

This hotel is a GEM...I was pleasantly surprised. I was visiting a friend and didn't want to stay in Jackson. This hotel was SUPER AFFORDABLE!! Conveniently located, plenty of eateries. My only recommendation is that the hotel isn't super big, so it could be swept and dusted better. And the shower was so-so. Other than that, I will definitely be staying again and again

Room was clean and recently updated. Don’t count on breakfast. Nothing was out and when I asked the front desk they handed me a gallon of milk and a mini muffin. Then pointed to cold cereal dispenser.

This place is disgusting! We didn’t even put our bags down. Beds were dirty the place smelled old and very run down. Teenager said it looked like a scene from euphoria (if you know you know!) We turned around and left and went down the road didn’t even care that we lost $70

The ad said there would be breakfast, but there was only dry cereal without milk and coffee. The room was musty smelling. The door has a lot of slack and made us feel unsafe.

Tenant wasn’t there to check me, and didn’t answer the phone for 2 hours so I could let them know I was going to be a late check in, had to sleep in the parking lot

La chambre est bien, bon le matelas fait un bruit horrible on dirait qu'on va se prendre un ressort au prochain mouvement. Je n’ai pas apprécié le chariot à ménage à fond les roulette tôt le matin. La curiosités du personnel. Un homme a carrement regardé par notre fenêtre voir si on était parti. A peine le nez dehors une femme nous agresse d'un "check out" pas bonjour, ni sourire. Clairement une blasée de la vie qui veut vite faire la chambre et passer a autre chose. Le check out est quand même à 11h00 on est sorti a 9h de la chambre. Si j’ai envie de profiter jusqu'à 11h c’est mon droit. Bref. Au lobby au check out la dame me demande la télécommande. Drole de demande ? Je suis remontée a la chambre l personnel avait mis la tv en faisant la chambre et on eu l’air déçu quand j’ai du leur demander la télécommande pour la donner au lobby. Bref experience bof. Et sans compter que nous sommes proches d’un taco bell et les americains adorent le drive jusqu'à tard la nuit et faire ronronner comme des débiles leurs gros moteurs. Ah et n'oublions pas le petit dejeuner inexistant. Il n’est carrement pas servi. La dame du lobby a essayé de me dire qu’il se terminé a 9h or nous etions déjà venu voir a 8h30 et rien et porte fermée. Bref pas cher mais on sait pourquoi en définitive.

Broken toilet!

Toilet would not flush. Then, in the middle of the night the toilet started leaking and covered the floor. I turned the water off to the toilet and had to dry the floor with the only 2 towels we had.
