Overall beautiful space. I did have to request changing my firat room due to hairs on the bed via sheets and in the pillow cases. Staff was friendly about this accommodation My new room was incredibly nice. Lovely setup of a separate living room and bedroom. Spacious closet and TVs in both rooms.water filter pitchers were a nice addition, but the filters didn't fit the pitcher. The morning breakfast was a treat with grits, meat, biscuits, and eggs. Really felt like down home cooking to start your day. If you're gluten free there may be less options. The $15 food cresit Expedia claims is avaliable doesnt exist and is actually a free drink credit. Overall, i really enjoyed the space. Found it very close to the museums and walkable to some good eateries like Hal & Mals. Lovely and quiet area that's also not too far a drive from the airport. If back in Jackson, I would definitely stay again.

Staff was excellent. Breakfast was good. Bed was comfortable however the remainder of the room wasn’t as clean feeling as I expected. The layers of dust behind the headboard have been building up for quite a long time. The paint touch up on the walls was a different color which felt dirty. The stain on bed spread grossed me out. The gap under the door was very large and let in a lot of light during the night. The toilet ran all night (we notified the front desk upon checkout, they thanked us and said they would check into it right away). We liked the gated parking.

The room was clean and ready for me with lights on. The front desk staff was ready to help and positive. Unfortunately the shower was broken - the temperature was stuck on hot and I could not have a comfortable shower. The rooftop garden door was locked during open hours. Breakfast didn’t begin until 8am; it would have been helpful to be able to eat earlier.

The Capitol Inn was lovely and in a quiet area. It was beautiful and the room we stayed in was just lovely! Clean and the staff were so friendly and gave us a few food recommendations and was just a delightful experience. Will go there again next time im in town!

We stayed overnight driving through to our sons. The employees at the front desk were amazing. They were super friendly and easy to talk too. We definitely recommend staying here. The museums and capital being so close is definitely a bonus.
