My daughters and I brought my grand daughters to Jacksonville for a family function. The staff went above and beyond to help us in any manner they could. Honestly this was the BEST STAY I have ever had!!! They all need a raise and a bonus!!!!!

I always try to stay at a Hampton. The rooms are nice and clean and the continental breakfast is better than any other hotel.

Our room was clean and comfortable. Nice large bathroom counters. Beds were comfortable. Rachel at the front desk was very friendly, welcoming and capable.

Loved everything. Especially liked the shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and lotion bottles that were provided. The breakfast was amazing! The towels were soft and fluffy. Staff was so inviting. Really enjoyed staying here. Definitely will be back!

So So Experience
Stayed one night at this location and facility outside was clean and front desk person was exceptional! Problems we experienced was bed was hard, pillows were very thin and lacked support, toilet in our room was clogged and did not clear, morning breakfast was lackluster with the eggs having no flavor and other items like sausage links were cold. We normally have no issues with Hampton Inn but this location was not one of the better hotels that we have become accustomed to.

Mattress Time.
This is about the 4th time we've used this location. Seems the mattresses could use a refresh, very lumpy and low spots worn in. The team is awesome, Rachel greated us and remembered us from our Christmas visit. She's very warm and inviting as are all the desk crew. I think we will probably try a newer property next time. We visit this area about every other month and sleep comfort is important

Ran out of Washcloths?
This location is always fairly decent. It seems to be an older property but maintained well. Staff os awesome for the most part. Beds are a bit soft and they didn't have washcloths when they changed oyr linens and towels? Poor execution of a basic amenity.

We were in town for a family member's memorial service. Several other family members were also there. Everything concerning the hotel, from check-in to room cleanliness to the breakfast buffet was excellent.

Hi Christopher, I was disappointed to see your comment concerning your stay. I'm not sure if you can see other reviews on this post but I have received 10/10, 5/5 for our property and accommodations from other guests. What exactly did you encounter during your stay as to make this review as I am not aware of "unusual late night visitors" and apologize that you experienced this.

Great Staff, Outdated Property
So the hotel staff was very friendly and accomodating. They eagerly greated us and made checkin smooth as could be. The place is clean and well maintained. My problem popped up at bedtime. The mattress was old and didn't offer anything in the way of support. So both my wife and I endured four nights of tossing and turning to awake to sore backs and exhaustion. Come on Hampton Inn, comfortable sleep is your main job! I'm noticing this more and more with Hampton Inn. Owners are stretching the life of things to make maximum profit at the expense of guest comfort. You've already scraped daily housekeeping and blamed it on covid! What a joke! Your greed will catch up to you!
