TV didn't work. changed rooms and TV didn't work in new room. It was late and I went to bed without mentioning it. Just received my cc bill and saw they charged me an extra $20 without explanation. I would not recommend this property.

Don't bother

The girl when we checked in acted completely bothered. After we checked in we drove around to our room, there is just people standing outside staring you down. You can tell they live there or somethibg they have grills on their little courtyard thing and laundry hanging drying on the wood fence. The room was clean but we felt so uncomfortable we checked out and left. This hotel is not in a good area, we left and came back 2 hours later and the same chick was outside and looked like she was selling. You could see in our room where it looks likes the door had been busted in a few times, that was unnerving. All in all we would not stay here again. Right from the beginning at check-in it was all around a bad experience.

Pool was closed no breakfast available room was dirty..blood in tha shower that clogged within 5 mins of showering toilet had to b flushed severaltimes to work and kitchenette sink handle fell off in my hand...only reason i stayed cuz i had no ac in my home and 2 small kids

Never again!!

Wished my room looked half as nice as this picture!! Greeted at checkin by teenage? male dressed only in shorts-turned out to be son of clerk, smoking in doorway! Had to have ID's for both of us staying but no vehicle info?? Had to leave $20 'deposit' paid at checkin on top of having my information on file for ???? and was told 'in cash'. Was refunded when checked out Room appeared dingy, outdated, in sore need of cleaning. Couch in room looked like trash pick up. Didn't use shower-difficult to enter/exit-husband almost fell! dirty appearance. Mattress had seen better days/lumpy. Was locked out by key malfunction-twice which maintenance said was frequent. Unit next to us was 'sealed' next morning for ???reasons! Person from neighborhood walked her dogs on leash to do their business around the hotel and appeared to be known by daytime clerk(greeted her while outside office).Won't be staying here again-worried for safety-in and out of room, cleanliness, etc. Homeless persons greeted us in morning outside. Paid $20 more in Augusta for beautiful stay at Marriott Courtyards without all the hassle for same type accommodations!!!!

The morning hotel representative, Cora was very rude and unfriendly. The Expedia representative told me to pay early checkout for $25 but Cora said that we can not checkin until 6 in the morning and gave me the amount of $48, when I told her the Expedia rep told me $25, she kep saying that this is for early check out a few times with an angry.tone and at the end said that $20 is as a deposit. My nephew could not go to room until 8 am. and she did not let him sit in the lobby. He was outside from 11pm till 8am. That was kind of discrimination against my nephew.She torchered him. We will never go back to the Hospitality inn again.

The staff was great. The occupants were noisy but I had to be west of St Johns River near my family. The pool was closed, which was probably a hidden blessing. One of the televisions in one room couldn't function due to a faulty cable. However the staff did try to resolve the problem but couldn't. Honestly, the whole area was less than impressive like most cities in 2022. Litter, rude people, fences around every damn home, too many transplants, and too few natives. It's called progress?

Access from highway is good, little tricky to find since poor signage area and GPS is unaccurate. Area very bad for a family or single person with a nice car. People hanging around the property and cars. Do not recomend this property: outdated and staff look like gangsters. Do not have customer servicr at all.

The only thing good about this property was it's location relative to where we needed to be the next day. The carpet was so dirty we never walked around without shoes. There was multiple dead bolts on the door that had obviously been torn out at some point and repositioned. It was obvious that a large part of the Inn's rooms were occupied by long term residence and not a hotel. In the evening there was loud partying and cars peeling out of the parking lot multiple times. It did not feel safe nor sanitary.

old, rundown motel. Room had a closet with no hangers in it.Room had only the barest nessecities in it. Outside was dirty and overgrown with weeds. Pictures of the site were NOT accurate.

Excellent stay until someone decided to knock on the door at midnight several times. Risky behavior based on someone's part. Sounded like alot of talking and people standing around outside of our room smell of smoke coming through the air conditioner. Questioned if the car would be there in the morning. As far as the room they might want to vacuum the carpet., found nail clippings in the carpet . Bed was comfortable.
