Comfortable clean good value room. Traffic means 20 minute tuk-tuk to old city sites. Excellent friendly roof top restaurant with high quality varied food and drink offerings. Recommended.

The check-in could only be described as unfriendly. There was extensive maintenance work on the hotel which meant drilling and banging between 9am and 6.30 pm and rivers of dirt and couds of dust. In the evening the building noise was replaced with sounds of scraping and banging from the kitchens and techno music from the bar. Around 1am the noise calmed down. The whole site felt unsafe, men stood outside the room, no one on the front desk. The room was basic and the toiletries meagre. I was looking forward to this hotel and was sorely disappointed.

Very pleasant stay with outstanding service.

We were at Hotel Pearl Palace for 3 nights. First, the hotel was spotless and the service was amazing. The room was incredibly comfortable. The first 2 nights I would have given the hotel a 10/10 stars without question. Our room however was directly above the Native cocktail room. The first 2 nights, this was no issue at all, however the third night, I believe the cocktail room becomes a club or something, because the boss from the club beneath was so strong, it was vibrating our bed. This being said, I raised my concern to the front desk and the owner himself gave us another room for the night much farther from the cocktail room itself where it was much quieter. Service here was amazing, and despite the issue on our last night, it was an incredible hotel, especially for the cost. Also the restaurant had some of our favorite food on our entire trip, and dare I say it made the best cocktails that I've ever had in my life, without exaggeration.

Une mauvaise expérience à Jaipur

Hôtel médiocre avec un service de chambre très peu professionnel. Nous avons eu à nous plaindre du bruit passé 20 heures car l’hôtel est en rénovation et les travaux continuaient. Le lendemain matin au petit déjeuner, vers 8h du matin, les travaux avaient déjà commencé et nous avons eu à nous plaindre une fois encore. Le soir. Il y a un bar au premier étage qui reste ouvert jusqu’à minuit. On y joue de la musique à un très fort volume et le bruit résonne dans la chambre. Le petit déjeuner en terrasse est très médiocre et le service est épouvantable. Finalement une très mauvaise expérience dans cet hôtel, je n’y remettrai plus jamais les pieds et je ne peux malheureusement le conseiller à personne.

You will love it.

The art design of this hotel is phenomenal, from the start to end I had a pleasant stay, at first I booked at the different hotel that the same owner runs but it was closed and they gave me a room here by surprise and I loved it so much, the place is clean and in excellent condition, every floor is different art, I highly recommend this hotel for you. Thanks for the hospitality and the awesome team. Also I would like to thanks to the person who drove me to the bus station and helped me purchase a bus ticket to Delhi, such a wonderful soul. I will definitely stay here again when I return.

Das Badezimmmer war mit einer Duschkabine ausgestattet. Das ist nicht überall Standard. Oft gibt es nur eine kleine Trennwand und man muss das ganze Badezimmer aufwischen. Außerdem schien es ziemlich neu zu sein. Das Zimmer war relativ klein, aber wir haben uns darin wohlgefühlt. Sehr sauber.

Amazing Place and Experience

Our stay was great. From the get-go the staff was cordial, professional and helped us in anything we needed and information about sites and tuk-tuk rates. Great value and the rooftop Peacock restaurant Is an extra A++++ added feature to the hotel. Amazing food, great shows at night, and amazing staff. I’ll def stay there again.

I had a pleasant stay in the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. Luckily my room was on the ground floor as the premise has no elevator. Breakfast is not included but you could dine at its rooftop restaurant which serves good and tasty food. Its free wifi was easy to connect to and fast. My only complain is that its cable TV was not working during my stay as the service was cut off during payment overdue or something.
