Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Ozaki Heritage Hotel is the worst hotel I have stayed at. The service was very poor, and the rooms were extremely dirty. It would be better to remove this hotel from your website, especially since you cater to international customers who expect a basic level of hygiene.
