I was pleasantly surprised at how new, clean and comfortable this place is. The front desk staff and other staff were very kind and helpful. The room is spacious and very clean. The view from the room is also spectacular that you can even enjoy the night view of Jakarta. The breakfast was delicious with many menu provided. Overall a very good stay here!

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was very well appointed, had a great view and the bed is comfortable. The staff is very helpful and responsive. On our first day, our room neighbors had 2 rooms and they were making so much noise in the hallway from 4:45am to 7am that it woke us up. The receptionist handled the situation very well and agreed to change our room. The only con I can see with the rooms is that you can hear your neighbor's room bell, which might bother you. We will definitely be back!

The smell of the room was awful. Then the hotel treated it with ozone, which was also not comfortable for health. The cause of the smell seemed previous customer's detergent. It was still disappointing that housekeeping didn't consider it as a problem and accept customers in that condition. The customer service was quick enough. After I claimed, they immediately reached to me and bring solution with ozone treatment. I am happy with the attitude. However the smell was too strong and I could still feel the chemical smell.
