This looks nice on the outside but the rooms are very basic, the guy who was in charge was not very helpful, we did not have hot water at the beginning as this guys keep saying the heater was on when it was not. We were awaken by a super load music in the middle of the night from a party or something around the area which ruin our sleep big time. There are not restaurants around the area

¡Tuve una excelente experiencia! Alex el chico que nos atendió siempre fue súper amable y muy atento, todo el tiempo pendiente de las áreas. Todo muy limpio, muy bien cuidado y un trato muy respetuoso y cordial. Sin duda, regresaré a pasar un momento tranquilo ahí en otra ocasión. Las cabañas si son pequeñas pero suficientes, el servicio de limpieza, agua caliente, aire acondicionado, etc… excelente. MUY RECOMENDABLE.

¡100% recomendado! La habitación muy limpia, te proporcionan toallas para el uso de la alberca, el personal es muy muuuy atento, cordial y amable. El aire acondicionado funciona muy bien y la habitación es muy tranquila e intima. Sin duda regresaré.

Un hotel diferente, es muy bonito pero si vas en verano si hay mucha humedad por el lago, las habitaciones son pequeñas y tomar en cuenta que para ver el jardín que es lo que lo hace diferente pierdes toda tu privacidad en la habitacion No hay agua caliente, ni amenidades

Las habitaciones están excelentes, no había agua caliente ni jabón en la habitación, adicional no nos recibió nadie hasta el rato salió la persona de recepción y al momento de retirarnos nunca salieron para entregar las llaves. La entrada hacia el hotel está horrible.

El espacio es muy bello y el concepto interesante. Solo había una persona de mantenimiento quien tiene una disposición excelente y resuelve todo lo que está a su alcance. Ambas habitaciones que utilizamos tenían deficiencias, en una no sirvió el aire acondicionado y en la otra la cama estaba pegada a una esquina lo que hacía imposible salir para quien dormía en la esquina. No hay agua potable y las regaderas son excesivamente pequeñas, imposible ahmgacharse

El lugar es muy bonito, la limpieza de las habitaciones muy buena, la cama y almohadas muy comodas. No sale agua caliente para bañarse, la alberca está sucia y el agua helada, no hay seguridad y tu tienes que abrir y cerrar el portón, hay telarañas en todas las partes exteriores, el internet es muy malo y no hay lugares cerca para comer.

Es un lugar que aísla el ruido, tiene buena limpieza y es relajante, su agua alberga a peces vivos. Sin embargo, no hay agua caliente que dure más de 5 segundos y solo sale el agua caliente si tiras agua del lavabo, es mucho desperdicio de agua. No cuenta con TV y el baño y regadera son muy pequeño.
