"I rarely leave negative reviews, but this hotel was one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had. Housekeeping was extremely poor. The cleaners would come into the room, but often the bed sheets were not changed, towels were not replaced, and basic amenities such as shampoo were missing. It felt like the room was never properly serviced. The staff’s behavior was also inappropriate at times. Several male employees were overly flirty and repeatedly asked for phone numbers, which was uncomfortable and unprofessional. The food was very repetitive with very little variety, especially for an all-inclusive resort. The restaurant service was equally disappointing. It was common to wait 20 minutes or more for a drink, and on multiple occasions our orders were forgotten completely. Many servers seemed uninterested in helping guests. Overall, the hotel failed in the areas that matter most: cleanliness, professionalism, food quality, and customer service. I would not return and would not recommend it to anyone expecting a relaxing and enjoyable vacation."

"The resort and beach were great. Our only complaint was about the air conditioning in our room. It would only cool to about 75 F but after requesting maintenance it would only get to about 74 F but would still get as hot as 80 F. Other rooms would cool to 65F. The resort and room were very clean, the beach has plenty of lounge chairs so you don’t have to fight anyone or get up too early, the beach also has a bunch of shade trees. Reservations at the restaurants were easy to get on the RIU app. I would go back."

"This tiny resort is near the airport. The staff are very helpful and polite. However, the property is not properly maintained and looks rundown. We stayed in a deluxe room that needed a good overall cleaning. The sliding doors to the balcony were very difficult to open. We had trouble getting into our safe and when we asked for help, no one came so we locked our valuables in our suitcase for the duration that we were there."

"The pros FAR outweighed the cons. The fact that it is a small resort with everything so close together was a HUGE plus. Nothing was more than 50 steps away. The party at the sibling resort was SUPER FUN. The staff were VERY friendly and helpful. The food was DELICIOUS. Restaurants were GREAT. Daytime pool and nighttime evening programs were extremely well done. Even the fact that beach beds are first come first served and not for $$ is AWESOME. Cons? It is very close to the airport (upside is a cheap taxi) so planes do fly out everyday and you see/hear them but never at night. Rooms are a little more Holiday Inn than Hyatt but the resort is going under renovations soon and it will be fab (and probably more expensive so I’d go now!). The weather was amazing in May. The only other annoyance that didn’t ruin anything is that restaurants and buffet only serve wine and soft drinks. You have to go to the bar and bring a mixed drink with you. Not a big deal. Everything is so close it doesn’t matter. That’s it! I say go!"

"We visited the resort for 5 days and 4 nights and had a blast! Every staff member that we interacted with greeted us with a warm smile and was very friendly! We can not wait to return! The food was amazing the drinks were amazing! 10/10 highly recommend !"

"The view from our 5th floor ocean view was amazing. Pools and property were properly cleaned. Food was good overall but you want reservations at a restaurant make sure to book 2-3 days ahead. Lots of activities were Included so make sure to take advantage of those. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Overall we had a wonderful experience."
