"I rarely leave negative reviews, but this hotel was one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had.
Housekeeping was extremely poor. The cleaners would come into the room, but often the bed sheets were not changed, towels were not replaced, and basic amenities such as shampoo were missing. It felt like the room was never properly serviced.
The staff’s behavior was also inappropriate at times. Several male employees were overly flirty and repeatedly asked for phone numbers, which was uncomfortable and unprofessional.
The food was very repetitive with very little variety, especially for an all-inclusive resort. The restaurant service was equally disappointing. It was common to wait 20 minutes or more for a drink, and on multiple occasions our orders were forgotten completely. Many servers seemed uninterested in helping guests.
Overall, the hotel failed in the areas that matter most: cleanliness, professionalism, food quality, and customer service. I would not return and would not recommend it to anyone expecting a relaxing and enjoyable vacation."
