โHave stayed at this property for a number of years. Always consistent quality, hospitality, and amenities. Very convenient to Colonial Williamsburg. Current construction of 37 new townhomes is not as intrusive as we thought it may be. This is our first stay in the last 6 years and we were surprised by the new parking fee of $20/day+tax. โEveryone was friendly, and check in/out was simple.
The hotel was very accessible to travel to and from, and I had zero issues getting back there any of my nights out.
There were also a ton of local food options.
My room/suite was spacious, clean and quietโฆI could barely hear anything from out in the hallway, and Iโm a super light sleeper.
Overall, Patriotโs Inn was affordable and checked all my boxes. If/when Iโm in the area next, I would definitely look to stay there again.โ
โCheck-in was easy and fast. The property is beautiful and quiet. The room we received was big with full size appliances. The room was clean.
One tiny suggestion would be to have bigger flatscreen TVs in the bedroom, and to upgrade the mattress. We definitely will be booking this place again. โ

โA young couple are in the process of refurbishing the rooms. They have everything you need for your stay. The king size bed in my room is was so comfortable. Since the buildings are so sturdy, the outside noises could not be heard โ
