"It didn’t feel as clean or polished as I expected for a five-star hotel, which was a bit disappointing. I was also unhappy that the sauna required an additional fee, and that the room wasn’t ready on time. Although they apologized for the delay, I appreciated that they helped upgrade me to a room with a Han River view, and overall I was satisfied with that part even though check-in was a little late. The lounge also had less food than I expected, and they didn’t really have the snacks I like. I could see myself visiting again, but considering the price, I’m not sure if I would choose to stay there again."

"We stayed at ENA when we were in Seoul. The location was great, about a 15-20 min walk to Myeongdong and 10 min walk to Namdaemun. Also a 5 min bus ride to Gyeongbokgung. It was close enough to Myeongdong but quieter than staying there. The only difficult part was that our taxi driver didn't know the hotel (maybe because it's relatively new?) but that was right at the beginning. There was a pharmacy, Paris Baguette, and several coffee shops very close to the hotel so it was convenient when we needed to pick up breakfast or needed meds. The hotel is very clean and the staff is very friendly. The rooms were also bigger than most hotels which was great, given that there were 3 of us in each room (3 single beds which was already great)! Also, the airport limousine bus was right across the street on the main road which was very convenient! We would definitely stay here again!"

"Excellent staff, service and central location. Very close to subway station that connects to all over Seoul. Airport bus stops on same side of street as hotel and within a 2min walk to hotel. Great breakfast buffet to start the day. 5min walk to Myeongdong shopping and night life, but far enough from the noise. Would highly recommend this hotel. "

"The Staff were great, the Hotel is beautiful, access to all of the shopping was nice and of course Lotteworld was a fun experience."
