"We had an excellent stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and accommodating. When we requested a high-floor room with a city view, they kindly arranged it for us, which made our stay even more special. The room was beautiful, modern, and comfortable, with a lovely view of the city. Overall, the service, comfort, and thoughtful attention to our requests made our experience truly memorable. "We had a lovely stay. The room was spotless and comfortable, and everything we needed was provided. The staff were friendly, welcoming and quick to help with anything we asked. "The most obvious omissiom is that rooms, at least my room, didn't have mobile phone charging points and were not able to offer a charging plug. There was lots of choice at breakfast, but the hot food was always cold and the restaurant had limited choice to its menu for dinner. However, the staff were all friendly and I especially commend the receptionist who charged my phone for me with her own personal charger."
