No key in the key box as it was described. We had to get key from restaurant staff in the hotel. We also couldn’t watch any TV as there was no remote in the room . It was so easy to get to. All the bus/metro lines stop right in front or very close by - There are also city bike rentals you can get to bike all over Brussels and you can easily either get to the city center or to the most impressive forest. They also have a delicious restaurant so if you are hungry...
