식당 환풍기 실외기 소음이 엄청납니다.

경치는 좋습니다. 그러나 룸 베란다 바로 아래에 식당 환풍용 실외기가 아침 7시부터 매우 심한 소음을 발생했습니다. 룸안에서도 그 소음이 아주 크게 들렸습니다. 호텔측에 실외기 소음을 처리해달라고 정중하게 부탁을 드렸는데... 개인에 따라 크게 느낄 수 있다는 황당한 응대를 했습니다. 그후에 조금 소리가 작아졌을 뿐이었어요. 혹 이곳에 오시면 배정된 룸 아래 실외용 환풍기가 있는지를 꼭 확인해보세요. 그리고 황당한 대응을 하시는 직원분은 만나지 않기를....

뷰는 좋지만 전반적인 룸 컨디션이 많이 아쉬워요

입실하자마자 베개에 아주 굵고 긴 여자 머리카락이 꼬여진 채로 있었고, 이불에도 정체불명의 액체가 굳어진 상태로 있었어요. 낮에 누가 대실하고 갔나 싶을 정도로 사용흔적이 많이 남아있었으며, 화장실 세면대 주변이나 비품, 슬리퍼 등 아주 사소한 요소에서 낡고 방치된 느낌이 많이 나서 아쉬운 부분이 있었습니다. 실내용 슬리퍼가 따로 없고, 테라스에 나갈 때 신을 만한 신발도 비치되어 있지 않았어요. 특히 화장실 슬리퍼는 왜 그런 파란색 시장 고무 슬리퍼 같은 걸 두셔서 미관도 해치고 문 닫을 때도 불편하게 하신 건지 이해가 안 됐습니다. 또 침대에 누워있었더니 둘 다 피부가 따끔거리거나 가려웠는데, 벼룩이나 빈대, 진드기 같은 게 있는 건 아닌가 싶을 정도로 신경 쓰였어요. 산과 물 근처라 거미까지는 이해되는데 천장을 보니 벌레 사체가 다수 붙어있어서 더더욱 그렇게 생각됐습니다. 그래서 총평을 하자면, 뷰는 꽤 좋았지만 전반적으로 룸 컨디션이 매우 아쉬웠던 곳. 평일이라 투숙객도 거의 없어서 객실은 충분했을 텐데, 바꿔달라고 하려다 피곤해서 그냥 썼어요. 머리카락 사진은 후기 남길 생각을 늦게 떠올려서 못 찍었고, 나머지 요소들 사진 첨부합니다.

다음엔 힐 하우스로는 안 가겠어요

디럭스 룸이라서 호텔쪽인줄 알고 예약했는데 체크인 하여고 보니 힐 하우스더군요. 힐 하우스는 리조트형으로 호수 뒤쪽 산에 있고 지하에 한방 사우나가 있습니다. 작은 방 하나에 거실이 있어요. 경치는 좋은 편이지만 아무래도 거리가 있어서 아쉬웠고 방 거울 아래에 머리카락이 안 치워져 있었습니다.

오래되긴했지만 룸컨디션은 좋았어요. 체크인 시간은 2시 40분부터 가능해서 가능한 시간 맞춰가시는게 좋을것 같아요~ 셀프바베큐장은 관리는 좀더 필요해보이는데 일하시는분들이 다들 친절하시고 고기맛도 괜찮았어요. 선착순입장인데 이용하시는 분들은 많지 않아서 서둘러가지 않아도 될것 같아요~~ 전반적으로 만족해요
