This is an older hotel. Nothing fancy. The hallway carpets were stained and the hotel had a funny smell. The room was comfortable, but breakfast should have been included for the price. Good location, but the parking garage got full one night.

Jeju is a beautiful island with lots to see and do. The Ramada is in a pretty good location.. not too far from the airport. The servers is great and the staff are wonderful.

Nice clean property with free parking available. There was a problem with the parking garage when we left next morning but after 40mins our car was brought out early by the parking attendant. Room was spacious and clean. Can't comment much about the area as we just stayed 1 night but it's close to the airport and restaurants

Very old hotel in Jeju, located near the city hall. The room was very small. Two single beds ( not twins), sink was broken, no floor towels and rubber sleeper to share for every visitors. The major problem was the door was broken remain unlocked. When we called the front desk, they acted like a normal, and say “will come and check” Additionally, parking assistance was very rude. He insisted me to park compact car spot and told me to get off to passenger side. Even though there were plenty of parking spots.

Great service

No frills apartment with basic rooms, good for a night's stay in Jeju city. It is walkable to several restaurants down the main road and valet parking was provided for free (just drive down to B1 of the hotel). The staff were very friendly and helpful.

There was plenty of eateries around within walking distance of 10minutes. Bus stop was located infront of hotela dn they provided valet parking for hotel guests. The valet gentleman's were very approachable and friendly.

The rooms were very nice, clean, and well laid out. The staff at reception are very nice and very accommodating. I was afraid that it would be loud given the location, but it was not and very quiet. The location is excellent. Bustling Myeongdong is right outside the hotel door, and it’s very close to the subway. The coin laundry and lounge are very nice and convenient. We would definitely stay at 9 tree hotel again.
