Good stay

Nice location and friendly staff. Big, clean rooms too. Air conditioning did not work so the room was very hot. The rooftop pool was also completely shut which was very disappointing.

출장 때문에 예약한 호텔입니다. 예전 라마다 호텔에서 바뀐 호텔로 알고 있어서 예악하였습니다. 출장으로 오기엔 적당합니다. 다만 시설의 노후화가 진행되어 있어서 객실 상태는 조금 아쉽습니다. 고객 대응 서비스는 최고로 제공되고 있어 만족스럽습니다.

다른 기대 없이 숙박만 하는 걸로는 괜찮아요. 청결상태 양호합니다. 다른 시설(인피니트풀)은 이용할 새가 없어서 모르겠습니다.

전반적으로 깔끔합니다만, 처음 들어섰을때 뭔가모를 불쾌한 냄새가 좀 있었습니다. 코가 금세 적응해서 괜찮아지긴 했지만, 첫인상이 썩 좋진 않았네요. 급히 예약하고 5분도 안되서 가서인지 체크인에 다소 시간이 걸린것도 다소 아쉽습니다. 더블베드에 싱글베드까지 전반적으로 깨끗했습니다. 샤워부스와 화장실이 분리되어있어 급할때는 좋을것 같고요, 세면대랑 욕조는 방에 같이 덩그러니 놓여있어서 좀 독특했습니다. 어매니티 제공 안되는건 알고있었지만 급히갔는데 없으니 불편한건 어쩔 수 없네요. 급 예약하고 갔지만 전반적으로 편히 잘 묵었습니다.

😀 좋아요.

욕조가 크고 깨끗해서 반신욕하기 딱이었어요. 조용한 곳에 있어서 편하게 쉴 수 있었어요. 침대 시트가 깨끗하긴 했지만 낡은 부분이 있어서 조금 아쉽네요. 그래도 전반적으로 만족합니다. 잘 쉬었다 가요.^^

조용하고 깨끗한 가성비숙소

객실 컨디션 청소상태 깨끗했어요.(로비에서 기다리는데 모기여러마리가 다니는것빼고는) 가격대비 괜찮아요. 함덕비치에서 떨어져있다고 해서 너무 촌스럽고 외진곳인가 싶었는데 가격대비 객실깨끗하고 조용해서 편히 쉬었다 가요 객실바닥 카페트 깔리지않고 타일이어서 깨끗해요 다만 체크인 3시이전에 가면 2시50분까지는 칼같이 시간 기다려야 됩니다 이점 참고하세요

함덕에 들리면 항상 머무는 호텔인데 이번에 너무 큰 실망감에 글을 남기니 고객들을 위해 아래 사항들을 재 점검해주셔서 좀 더 개선된 서비스를 기대합니다 .1- 전화선이 빠진것도 아닌데 불통 . 2- tv .. 외주입력 하나씩 다 눌러도 신호없음을 표시 . 인터넷 및 모든거 정상 3- 위 둘이 작동이 안되어 로비에 내려가니 밤 10시정도 .. 아무도 없음 .. 불러도 대답없음 . .앞에 급할때 부를수있는 눠라도 있어야할듯해요 . 7층 복도에서 10-11시경인가 한 남자사 소리를 쳐서 거의 119 부를 태세였습니디 나갈수도 없고 전화도 안되고 ., 4- 밤에 샤워 룸에서 물이 역류히는 듯한 소리가 지속적으로 들림( 살펴보니역류는 아닌데 안 어디서 소리가 나는듯) 저희 부부는 여길 참 좋아합니다 . 침대 크기도 크고 편하며 욕조가 있는것도 좋고 번화가랑 떨어져있어 조용하고 … 위 풀장 뷰는 릴렉스하게 만듭니다 .. 이런 좋은 장점들이 있는 호텔을 계속 이용하고픈 마음으로 솔직하게 작성하는것이니 , 고객이 체크 인 전에 꼼꼼하게 점검 부탁드려요 . Tv 관련 . 안될경우 이렇게 하라는 내용을 프린트로 비치하는것도 좋을듯하네요 .

조금은 아쉬운 룸컨디션

직원분들 친절하시고 크게 불편한 점 없이 묵고 갔습니다. 호텔 옥상의 수영장은 만족스러웠습니다. 사진과 같은 룸컨디션은 기대하면 안될것 같습니다. 화장실 샤워실 손잡이나 수건걸이가 녹슬었는지, 당겼을 때 빠지기도 해서 조심히 사용했습니다. 냉장고 문이 꽉 닫히지 않아서 한 번 교체했고 커튼이나 매트리스에는 갈색 얼룩이 있었습니다.

함덕 해변과 도보로 10분 거리입니다. 로비는 깨끗하나 객실 복도에 올라가는 순간 눅눅한 곰팡이 냄새가 납니다. 객실 변경을 요청하여 옮겼지만 여전히 곰팡이 냄새+하수구 냄새가 가득해서 창문 열고 잤네요. 비누 외에는 다른 아메니티가 없습니다.

전망 좋은 큰방

룸이 크고 조용하면서 서우봉쪽 비치 전망도 좋았음. 커플을 위한 컨셉이겠지만 욕조가 샤워부스 밖으로 침실에서 보이게 완전 오픈된 상태로 나와있어 좀 어색했고, 호텔 진입로가 너무 협소한 것도 다소 흠. 주차장은 늦으면 기계식주차해야 함. 앱으로 예약하면서 2인 조식 2만원 선불했는데 체크인시 2인 조식 1만5천원에 이벤트중이라 5천원 더 지불해 조금 화났음. 그래도 전반적으로 좋은 호텔이라 평가함.

침대가 굉장히 넓어서 편안했습니다. 골목입구에 편의점이 있어서 좋았고, 욕조가 넓어서 좋았어요. 온돌이 아니라서 바닥이 차가웠는데 천장난방이 금방 따뜻해져서 괜찮았어요.

깔끔하고 좋습니다

시설은 깔끔하고 괜찮았습니다. 함덕해수욕장까지는 도보로 15분정도 걸렸구요 전체적으로 만족스럽습니다. 더블침대가 매우커서 아주 편안했습니다.
