Thank you for your feedback. When you choose to book with a third party vendor like Expedia- we are limited in what we can do to rectify reservation issues. It sounds like our staff was attempting to assist you in their best way possible with a full house. Normally with third party reservation errors- we send you back to your vendor to reconcile it on your own- but our staff provided accommodation solutions for you and your family. We will definitely share your feedback with our team and Expedia. For future reference- all Home2 Suites have linens for our pullouts located in room in the cabinet under the TV or in the closet area. Safe travels and don’t forget to celebrate staff that show up to provide hospitality.
