great eco environment hotel but poor service.

Iโ€™ve been a loyal guest for 20 years, but the unfriendliness of the hotel staff has remained unchanged. The front desk staff consistently behave like government officials. Even though the hotel was nearly empty today, they gave us twin beds instead of a double bed, despite our request, so we had to sleep apart like a separated family. There isnโ€™t much to do around, and the golf practice range was filled with people smoking. However, Mount Taebaek and the hiking trails are undoubtedly among the best in the world.
