Property architecture is stunning and design of the rooms is really nice. However service is terrible (no room service, tv not working, room barely cleaned/ beds not properly made daily, i was asked to go downstairs to pick up a bottle of water becauae itbwas after 10pm, etc.) Food is terrible as well and really expensice. Issue is compounded by the fact that the property is quite secluded.

Chambre vraiment spacieuse et décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Lit spacieux également et literie de très bonne qualité. Très belle sdb. Nous avons dîner au restaurant de l hôtel et nous nous sommes régalés avec un excellent bibimbap. Dans mon top 10 des hotels. Je recommande sans aucune hésitation.

첩첩 산 중에 있어 찾아가는 게 쉽지는 않았지만 조용하게 휴식하며 운동도 할 수 있을거란 기대에 아이들과 찾은 곳이었습니다. 음식은 가지수가 많지는 않았지만 정갈하고 깔끔해서 맛있게 먹었습니다. 다만 피트니스를 16세 이상 이용하는 것은 보았지만 수영장을 16세 이상인 곳은 처음이라 많이 당황했네요. 다행히 아이들과 즐길 수 있는 보드게임이나 당구, 탁구, 배드민턴 등이 있어 다행이었습니다.
