Great hotel near a lovely beach

Great stay and lovely beach near the hotel! However, our entire family of 4 got sick during the stay. Assuming it had to do with the food. We had both breakfast and dinner included. Comfortable but after 4 days we were a bit ‘bored’ with the food. However, very friendly staff that I would rate 11/10 if possible…

Novo mas precisa melhorar muito

Hotel novo, numa localidade muito pequena que nao tem absolutamente nada, somente um restaurante (nao abre as 2ªf). Hotel com bastante quartos porém estrutura da piscina e restaurante pequeno para o numero de hóspedes (qd cheio). Cafe da manhã no fds fica lotado, com falta de mesas, alimentação acaba, funcionários parecem que nao sabem onde estao as coisas qd acaba. Alimentos acabam e a cozinha nao da conta de repor, demora. Na localidade nao tem outra opção para tomar café. Complexo de apoio na praia para hóspedes e visitantes de excursão nao abre as 3ªf, nao tem como ir a praia pois nao tem barco para atravessar o rio. Nos sentimos sem opção depois que o fds acabou. Fomos para Gunga e Frances. Lugar para visitar em unico dia, nao aconselho mais de um dia porque nao tem o que fazer, onde comer ! Voce nao tem opção de ir a praia qd quer pois as 16h acaba o barco para a praia. Não é um local que voltaria. Hotel precisa estruturar melhor para receber o grande numero de hospedes que recebe no fds e durante a semana quando diminui substancialmente, pois o cafe da manhã vira uma coisa lastimável, tudo adaptado, essa é a sensação- adaptação !

Péssima experiência, não recomendo

Péssimo custo-benefício! Paguei caro para dividir hotel com excursão de ônibus. 2 de 3 banhos foram com água fria, não tem uma cadeira/poltrona no quarto, ar condicionado extremamente barulhento, fachadas de vidro sem película reflexiva, obrigando a ter de deixar a cortina fechada o tempo todo, ou ficar exposto, pia do banheiro com altura ideal pra casinha de criança. No primeiro dia não arrumaram o quarto. Elevadores mal dimensionados para a demanda extra da excursão, café caótico também por essa questão. Praia do hotel (que tem um restaurante/estrutura de mar com péssimo atendimento e preços caros), que só dá pra ir de barco e tem de voltar até 16 horas. Música ao vivo extremamente alta na área de piscina/restaurante, sem noção. Não tem nada pra fazer nas imediações. Enfim, não recomendaria de jeito nenhum. Funcionarios são simpáticos.

Ótima opção para o fim de semana

Passei o fim de semana com a minha família e nós adoramos. Todos do atendimento são muito atenciosos e simpáticos. O hotel é bem novo e as áreas comuns são bem ambientadas, o único porém é que os aparelhos de ar-condicionado ficam desligados nas salas de lazer infantil e de jogos. O quarto é confortável porém estreito e a ausência de varanda dificulta na secagem das roupas de praia. A comida é bem saborosa e o café da manhã é bem servido. O destaque da região fica para a beleza natural do encontro do rio Jequia com o mar, melhor banho de rio que você vai experimentar! Recomendo a todos.

O hotel foi uma grata surpresa. Senti falta do suco de laranja. Vi outros hóspedes falando a mesma coisa. O serviço é bom, os empregados atendem bem, são muito prestativos, mas precisam ser mais treinados. Alguns não sabiam por exemplo a composição de determinado drink. Não se trata de reclamação. Estamos satisfeitos. É só sugestão.
