Large rooms that could do with some loving care.

We chose this property because it had parking underground. It’s on a very narrow street and has an elevator for the car. Bit tight for a 5m long car. Location is ok - 8 minute walk to main square. Building is quite tatty. The apartment was very large and clean and well equipped but everything cheap and tatty. Sofa in living room very dirty and stained. Bathrooms were same with cheap and poor fixtures. No housekeeping during our 2 night stay. Very handy if you have kids or for group of friends happy to share.

Access to the Parking Via a Car Lift - unless you have a mini this is a challenging experience at any time of the day. No Hot Water. More Like a 2 star. Bed not made up for children. Broken door leading to the garden so not safe. Cheap.

The apartment was pretty good, very spacious and ideal for a short stay. Air con was noisy and had limited effectiveness and the parking and finding the place was very tricky. The gentleman on the phone was excellent but it was incredibly tricky and stressful to find the place and park. If you have a big car be careful it’s a very tight spot

Nice apartment near old city center

Very nice and well equiped apartment. Ac in most rooms and close to city center (7-10min walk). Selfservice check in was really convenient and hosts replied really fast to replies. Parking was underground and safe. Although very small when with a larger car (doable, but requires some maneuver...) Overall very happy with apartment!

Any communications was answered promptly. Very helpful. If you know how to use elevators for parking it’s great. After 2 days we had it down pat. Only thing I’d say is have different languages for directions to work the stove and washing machine. Besides this everything was nice and clean. I was very satisfied. Thank you

Loved loved loved our stay here. I traveled with my two teenage children...the apartment was beautiful, cozy and had everything we needed for our 3 days. It was also located within walking distance of most "center" Jerez. We rented a car because we are driving other places, apartment had an underground parking garage (for fee) that was quite convenient...don't bring a large car! Car elevator was a first for us lol. Property manager was amazing and quick to answer any of our questions and to always help for whatever we needed. We will be back!

Good location with good apartments

The apartment has what you need in regard to kitchen, bathroom and bed. What could be an improvement would be a recliner and some outdoor seating possibility. An warning of the parking facilities would have been nice. The parking is below ground via a car elavator. It is quite narrow. We drove a VW Taigo which only were able to fit the elavator with mirrors tugged in.

The parking was impossible at the property, my car did not fit and the elevator doors could have damaged the car. The room was ok, but felt very basic. The remote for the TV did not have a back lid, the sheets/cover/pillows for the sofa cama were basic, the room was situated right next to the car elevator (to the garage) and the noise of it during the night and early morning was too loud, the wind was coming through the doors and windows and was making wistling noises all night (that kept us awake).

Nous avons reçu les codes d'accès dernière minutes et nous n'avions pas accès à nos courriels. Difficuile de parler à quelqu'un. Heureusement, quelqu'un sur place nous a aidé et a appelé quelqu'un qui est venu. le processus de check in est un peu fastidieux avec le comptoir électronique. Par contre, l'appartement est spacieux et vraiment pratique pour un long séjour. Notre premier hébergement avait été cancellé pour cause d'inondation et c'était notre plan B et nous sommes agréableemt surpris. Très bien situé également.

Appartement in het centrum.

Appartement in het centrum van Jerez. Met de auto door de smalle straten met eenrichtingsverkeer. De auto kan in de parkeergarage. Met de autolift naar beneden alles is heel krap. Het appartement is donker en sober ingericht. Wij verbleven in een maisonnette. Slapen is op de bovenverdieping, ook de WC is boven. Er is geen zitje buiten. Op de foto’s ziet er allemaal wat beter uit!
