I reserved this hotel before to read the reviews and after read them, I didn't know what to expect but overall the customer service was good, our room was clean. The breakfast is not a big deal just orange juice, muffin and a oatmeal bar must be considered snack and not breakfast; and it is located in a very busy street and transit coming all the time overnight, so if you're looking for a quite place to sleep this is not a good place. Room service every day to clean, good stay overall.

No breakfast, unprofessional checkin guy.

Overall room was nice and clean. The neighborhood is not great. People staying were not I would be around. Most importantly the person who checked us in was little rude and unprofessional. He asked me my email and number so that he can sign me up for rewards. When I said no his tone was judgmental and he said you don’t want Macy’s gift card, free nights and all. If someone says no you do t need to judge them make them feel uncomfortable. Also hotel info says free breakfast. The breakfast was given in paper bag, one small bottle of apple juice, one small muffin, and one energy bar. All poor brands, even Costco food is 100 times better and probably cheaper.

I had called and asked if the hotel was still under construction as there were many reviews complaining about it. I was told there was not construction. Checking time. Lobby was messy. Walls were undone. Lots of noise and dirt all over. The room itself was okay, but the bathroom needs serious remodeling. We got people screaming down the hall two out of three nights. And a police visit for an attempted suicide. I do not know why the police was not called when the screaming started in the hallway. Beds extremely noisy. Overall the experience was not a good one. Some positives and lots of negatives. Doubt I’ll ever stay there again.

since they have no coffee machine in the rooms , they should leave their coffee machine in the lobby open all day. also breakfast is 8 to 9 and on two mornings i went down at a few minutes before nine and it was already closed up :-(
