"Beautiful place to stay. Very clean and well kept. Lovely bar to enjoy delicious cocktails 🍸. Bartender is very nice younger guy. He makes you feel welcome. Front desk needs improvement on their customer service skills. 2 younger girls were very rude. And the breakfast people harass people about eating and they are really rude. They will take food while you are standing there trying to serve yourself. Takes too long to wait for waffles and when breakfast is over that's exactly what they mean."
"We definitely enjoyed our stay. We had drinks and snacks and enjoyed the breakfast before leaving. The room was clean and well keep (and we especially liked the bath gel). The staff was kind and helpful. The view was incredible. Nice weekend getaway."

"I was disappointed in the sounds the hallway was loud. Some banging. You could hear the traffic as if there was no window. I've stayed on the 1st floor prior. Wasn't as noisy. The s cond floor is too noisy. I had a hard time sleeping. Overall everything else was fine."
"The staff was great. I'm particularly grateful to Alison at the front desk, who just couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. And Cecilia who works in the breakfast room!
Loved the rooftop bar, love the location of the hotel... very easy to get to Manhattan on the Path train. I'd stay again!"
