Except noisy rooms during our first night, the stay was great and convenient just across from NYC. The staff were very welcoming and professional especially Walid at the front Desk. Parking isn’t very convenient but that’s NY.

A standard 3* experience. Decent room, good gym. Bar area with views of Manhattan across the Hudson was the best feature. With two exceptions, staff were impersonal and unwelcoming. Request for a late check out was met with a ‘we’re completely full’ response despite very good room availability showing on line. Breakfast buffet poor value. Go to ‘Maman’ round the corner.

You can beat the views of NYC. Splurge for the water view you won’t be disappointed- the promenade is perfect for a quiet stroll or romantic walk after dinner . Hotel is close to shops and restaurants all walkable. We will be back for a quick overnight stay.
