Even though they let us check in early. The 5th floor rugs in all rhe rooms were getting cleaned. We are glad to be able to check in early and we had plans to do something as soon as we got there , so cleaning the rugs wasnt such a big deal

The reception area was clean and front desk person very polite and accommodating. The room was clean. However, there was no ice in the freezer. I went to the front desk and they let me know there are no ice machines on property. She suggested I turn on the ice maker in the freezer. There was no ice maker in the freezer. If you want cold drinks, bring ice!
