The resort strikes a rare balance: it’s luxurious but never over-the-top, peaceful but never boring. It’s the kind of place where you immediately feel at ease and leave feeling completely recharged. "Aircon did not work, room was boiling, Natasha from reception promised three times a handy man would come to fix it but did not, finally offered a different room on the FINAL night of stay but did not show to change room. The fridge did not work. The housekeeping walked in on two seperate occasions whilst I was in the room, both times changing before I went out for the day. The shower was tiny. Overall, I would not stay here again. The only positive is the young man behind reception was friendly and positive, I did not get his name."
