"Overall the hotel, property, and staff were great and was a 20 mins walk from old town which was very convenient. However, housekeeping was very disappointing. They wouldn’t clean up dirty dishes, there were never enough towels in the bathroom and got a little attitude from the housekeeping staff. We enjoyed our stay but it could have been better."

We were right near the "walk of shame" Jesuit Steps, so the location was perfect. I think the walled city ( Old Town,) Dubrovnik is one of the most beautiful places in the world. Staying at this hotel made us feel less like a tourist and more like a welcome visitor."

"Once we got into the hotel, it was first-rate. The problem is getting into the hotel was a nightmare, when I finally found the hotel because a three-inch square card on an unpainted door is the only name on the building. To add to the problem, no one at the businesses on either side of the hotel knew where it was. In fact, but for the fact another guest came out when I tried for the fourth time to enter (no one is on duty inside the hotel), I wouldn't have gotten into the hotel. And for that, I also bear responsibility because there were instructions in a message from the hotel about where to find those tied to the hotel (and outside Old Town) who can get one in."
