"Highly recommended. Location is excellent - directly across from main city plaza. Beautiful vintage hotel with first-class amenities. Large rooms, well-appointed and quiet. Excellent breakfast too. Parking is a bit challenging but we luckily secured a metered place on the street next to hotel entrance. The friendly staff needs to be educated on offering parking possibilities. The young woman we encountered at check-in had no idea of where to direct us."

Self -service check-in instructions were a little bit of a logic puzzle but we were able to the phone number to speak with an assistant but ultimately figured it out on my own before the agent could understand my misunderstanding. Would stay again now that I know how it works, A bit stressful for a first-timer Lublin is a hidden gem!"
