"Booked 2 x rooms for 1 night intending to stay for the evening before late night flight. Both rooms were for 2 adults and 1 child. Both rooms advertised twin beds however the beds were infact twin singles - we weren’t intending on sleeping anyway so no big deal. Both rooms had a damp smell to them, no balcony or opening windows so perhaps this is why. Shower water luke warm no hot water. Ordered a bowl of fries for my 5 year old very expensive $15 aud. We wanted to kill some time so decided to have a swim in the pool which looked nice surrounded by lovely gardens, pool water ? Heated! Very warm water and kids pool was like swimming in a bath, not pleasant at all. I understand hotel close to airport (which was why I booked hotel) however the smell of jet fuel was very strong, causing headaches whilst outside. Advertised online complimentary airport shuttle however on check in was told this hasn’t been running since the beginning of COVID! We ended up having to book taxi to airport. Overall disappointing hotel. Won’t be back. "

"I did not have a beach view this trip but was not disappointed. This hotel a gem. I love it here, mostly because of the excellent staff and Management."

"Really nice hotel, short walk from the beach. Excellent breakfast with literally endless choice. The rooftop restaurant/bar is top notch. We were here as a couple but bear in mind it is a very family oriented hotel. Never bothered us and there seems to be loads going so the parents could relax. Amazing pool facilities for kids. Set in a nice local Balinese area with a super modern mini mall attached. As everywhere else on this island the staff are impeccable. Would deffo recommend. "

"I visited this hotel after visiting 5 other hotels. I was scouting gotels for an event I am hosting in November. This was the last, and it was the best. I enjoyed it so much that before I even left the hotel, I rented the entire place for our trip in November. They have been in contact with me to make sure everything is correct. This is the type of attention this place gives you. Cant wait to go back"

From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. Their hospitality set the tone for our entire holiday. We stayed in an ocean view room and were delighted with the beautiful outlook and comfortable, well-appointed space. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options each morning. The hotel restaurant staff were lovely and always welcoming. The location in Jimbaran was perfect — calm, scenic, and ideal for easing into holiday mode. We appreciated how caring and attentive the hotel team were throughout our stay. "
