Had to pay extra merchant fees, additional to Expedia fees and not disclosed while booking. Elevators were down and had to walk 14 flights of stairs everyday to get to our room with luggage and a baby. No offer to help and no notice about this.

We were very happy with our room
We were not at all happy with our room being serviced, first night turned jug on and it blew a fuse took ages to fix
Never got tea bags and sugar replaced daily had to ring to ask them to do this
(Six out of the ten nights)
No vacuum cleaning
No toilet cleaned in the Ten days we stayed 🙁 disappointing
