The hotel is in a great spot with everything we need shopping, restaurants and is just across of the street is the beach and the best part the WiFi in the hotel is great.

less than expected for the top suite room

Not pleased. I stayed in the suite which was large with a nice view of beach, and had a jacuzzi tub. but could not use the jacuzzi because I had no hot water the 2 times i tried to fill tub. also had cold or luke warm water in shower. very small desk which was hard to use for the computer. no towel rack in bathroom. no place to lay out suite cases to empty except the bed (not close to any drawers) or floor. overall paid 3X as much as similar hotel near by and did not like it as much.

É preciso variedade de bebidas no bar da piscina, só tinha 3 opções de cerveja, verificar o horário da academia pois de 5:50 da manhã tinha gente treinando na esteira e meu quarto no terceiro andar abaixo da academia, incomodou bastante o barulho… ao ligar e questionar pessoalmente disseram que não foi ou seja não quiseram assumir que deram a chave a alguém, deveria no mínimo funcionar depois das 8 da manhã pois viagem é descanso! Ter mais variedade no café de tortas salgadas, sobremesas, pão de queijo entre outros, foi bem simples em relação ao preço do hotel!

Hotel maravilhoso. A localização é perfeita, perto da praia e de restaurantes. O atendimento é impecável, todos os funcionários muito gentis. Dois pontos que acho que podem melhorar: não tem como secar roupa de praia no quarto sem varanda, poderia ter um lugar para pendurar; e o fato das toalhas da piscina serem pegas na recepção sendo que a piscina fica na cobertura. Mas em geral foi uma excelente experiência! Recomendo

Hotel bom, mas já foi bem melhor!!

A hospedagem foi boa, funcionários são atenciosos e simpáticos, porém o hotel já esteve em melhores condições. A TV a cabo não funcionou durante toda a hospedagem e a piscina e algumas outras partes do hotel precisam de manutenção. Por exemplo, a escada da piscina tinha um degrau quebrado.

Hotel em frente à praia, boa localização. Check In foi atencioso. Cheguei cedo. Guardaram as malas. Pude usar instalações internas. Quarto confortável. Café da manhã farto e delicioso. O hotel fica na orla de Tambaú, bem localizado, fica fácil pra dar um rolê pela orla e visitar alguns quiosques e fazer umas comprinhas de artesanato e comidinhas. Pertinho de Cabo Branco e de alguns restaurantes e bares legais. Os funcionários são muito atenciosos, a limpeza do quarto impecável e o café da manhã delicioso! Pra quem vai fazer passeios de carro, tem a comodidade do estacionamento (pago), mas nada absurdo e pra quem vai fazer com os receptivos também é bem tranquilo, por que a localização do hotel facilita tudo.

O chefe da cozinha super hospitaleiro e agradável, mas a limpeza ficou muito a desejar, quando pedimos para limpar o quarto não trocaram os lençóis, sem reposição de peças, a hospedagem só foi tranquila até o domingo na segunda 8hs da manhã fazem limpeza da piscina no piso superior e barulho era ENSURDECEDOR até quase 11hs da manhã, achei uma falta de respeito pagar diária cara e não ter direito de dormir sendo que todos no hotel já sabem do problema. Esperava muito mais em hospitalidade e respeito pelos hospedes

Localização excelente, de frente para a praia, café da manhã muito bom com variedades, equipe do hotel prestativa e educada. Os quartos precisam de uma repaginada, principalmente no banheiro e no box. Chuveiro muito bom. Roupas de cama e toalhas muito desgastadas precisam ser renovadas, juntamente com os travesseiros. Banheiro da piscina com muito mal cheiro todos os dias.

No terceiro andar é impossível ficar na cama depois das 7 da manhã! Começam limpar a piscina cedo e vira um barulho insuportável. O hotel precisa de manutenção, elevadores velhos e lentos. Hotel já foi bom! Café da manhã sem variedades para período longo de estadia.
