Exceeded my expectations. I hear the hotel room is small in Japan, but our room size is better than what we expected. Service is great. Definitely will consider thos hotel if we visit Tokyo again

Comfortably bed made me sleep well. I like quiet and wonderful garden with “cloud”. It’s good for relaxation and taking photos. Staff is polite. Delicious breakfast is also good for guests.

Hotel very nice. Desk staff good. However staff at restaurant for breakfast and dinner unable to understand enough English to provide gluten free meal which hotel said it offered.

My son and I had a wonderful experience at Waqoo. They prepared four bottles of wine and sake for us, along with a welcome Matcha Tea. The hotel also has a spacious, quiet public bath. If I ever need to lay over at NRT again, I would definitely choose this hotel.
